A great location with all amenities provided
Pros: A perfect location with a homely feeling. Will strongly recommend the property for anyone travelling to Sofia. A lot of cafe and restaurants nearby. Nearby convenient store helped a lot
Cons: Just a minor topic - the stand fan in the bedroom was broken and the hand shower head wasn’t working. But it wasn’t a big topic

Great accomodation!
Pros: This is surely one of the best accomodations, I have been to. You have everything you need, everything was clean. Comfortable beds, amazing shower it's like a spa. Heated water always available. Nice balcony. Good Coffee machine and capsules. Lift always working and in good condition. Helpful staff. Don't hesitate to book.
Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Pros: Huge bathroom!!! :D Spotters - bring your cameras; from the balcony you can see planes landing at LBSF. It's also very close to the center (Serdika) and well connected to public transport. Thank You, Alex!!!

Pros: Excellent location in the center of Sofia, close to all the main attractions. In a few minutes you can go everywhere and reach Vitosha Boulevard too, where you should go both in the evening and day, and get till to the National Palace of Culture (NDK). Apartment with attention to detail, very easy key collection, high standing building, safe location
Cons: Basically nothing. Maybe a little bit of cleanliness: there were hairs near the shower and the coffee machine was left dirty

Nice 3-week stay
Pros: Nice apartment in the city center. It is located in a new building. Really nice is the big bathroom. In general, it is very silent there. The next metro station Serdika is not far away. Despite Apart from a few breadcrumbs around the kitchen it was really clean. Well organised check-in. Easy way of getting the key and also the return.
Cons: I would not say that I didn’t like it but it can be improved: The dishwasher was not properly attached. It moved when all drawers were open. Half of the wardrobe was covered with a mattress

The stay was excellent!
Pros: Our stay was fantastic! Everything was spotless and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. The building is very new, located in a quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance to all the main attractions in the center of Sofia. Highly recommend!

Pros: The place was quite spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is also quite large. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the apartment. The location is in a very good place because it is quite close to the center. There are many shops around the apartment where you can shop.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that the terrace was quite dirty. Also, most of the glasses, plates and utensils were very dirty. I had to buy a sponge and detergent to be able to wash them. The bathroom floor wasn't the cleanest either.

La mejor estancia que he tenido hasta ahora
Pros: Enorme apartamento super acogedor, con todo lo necesario. Cama muy cómoda, todos los utensilios necesarios en la cocina, calefacción, televisor smart tv, balcón para tomar cafe por la mañana y baño con la ducha más grande que he visto. Hasta tiene lavadora y lavavajillas! La ubicación es perfecta, nunca tuvimos que coger transporte publico para llegar a los sitios. Hay un supermercado justo en la esquina con todo lo necesario y con descuentos. El edificio del apartamento es super moderno y el check in fue super fácil de hacer. Alex fue super amable!! Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí si vuelvo a Sofia, que por cierto, es una ciudad encantadora con mucho que ver y hacer. Muchas gracias por todo!
Cons: El unico pequeño punto negativo es que el mando de la televisión iba un poco mal, el botón para bajar no funcionaba, pero es algo mínimo.

Pros: Идеальные аппартаменты в центре. Отличное расположение - 5 минут пешком до станции метро, 1 минута пешком до остановки трамвая, продуктовый супермаркет в соседнем здании, много точек фастфуда, рестораны. Получили понятные инструкции, лёгкое бесконтактное заселение и регистрация. Аппартаменты в новом здании, очень комфортные, просторные, тихие, функциональные, есть всё кухонное оборудование и принадлежности, хорошее отопление, идеальная чистота. Отличный wi-fi. Огромное спасибо менеджеру Алексу, всегда был на связи, мгновенно отвечал на возникшие вопросы. Без сомнения - это лучшие аппартаменты в центре.
