Lovely place to stay!

Pros: The apartment was really lovely, with very comfortable beds and an excellent location. The owner, Adrian, was extremely kind and flexible with the check-out time. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Great stay

Pros: The person who manages the apartment is extremely helpful, very kind and always available. I recommend. There are nice restaurants for good prices at a walking distance

Pros: We was met by a lovely lady who showed us round the apartment we had a late flight back on our last day and check out was 12.00 as there was no one staying after us we we're told not to rush out of the apartment the apartment was one metro stop from the centre 0.82€ there was a free map left in the apartment will stop here again thankyou

we recomend the place

Pros: great apartment, lots of space, good location next to Metro station and park and within walking distance to Sofia's center, also Diana was great and helped us with getting our key although we arrived after office hours

Cons: there were hardly any pots and also no oil or spicings other than salt so it was hard to cook a meal

Pros: Good location. staff very friendly and helped with any questions. facilities in the room were excellent especially for the value.

Cons: shower has a small leak making the floor wet but wasn’t a big problem

Cons: when we stayed there was building work outside but that was out of the hosts control.

Pros: The location was perfect, close to the Metro and trams. The hosts were very helpful, went out of their way to assist us, even arranged transport to take us to the bus terminal on our departure. The apartment was very clean, excellent amenities and very comfortable.

Cons: The council removed all of the beautiful trees out the front of the apartments, commenced roadworks and there was a lot of dirt and digging, making it very difficult to get into the apartment, especially at night. However, the hosts were very apologetic and went out of their way to help with other issues.

Pros: It was easy to find, parking was perfect on the street behind the building. The apartments were comfortable, air conditioning was great. There is a park with a playground next to the building, as well as a Billa grocery store. Public transport is easily accessible (subway, tram, bus) within 200m distance.

Cons: Kitchen sponge was missing :)

Pros: The apartment was very nice, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was very nice . Great location.

A very good option to stay and explore Sofia

Pros: The proximity to all transportation means, metro, tram and bus. The private parking, the park across the building.

Cons: The very old elevator.
