Pros: Excellent location, clean and comfortable apartment with all the facilities needed

Pros: Easy and quick communication with the property manager, great location, easy to get to from the airport. The apartment has all conveniences for a short trip, and I really mean all - coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, proper glasses and mugs, salt (I know, it's a simple thing but often there's none and it kills me!), washing machine and dryer, and even a full tray of ice in the freezer! Also, the view from the balcony is beautiful!

Plenty of space, everything you need.

Pros: Very spacious apartment, great kitchen, balcony, lovely bathroom.

Cons: When I got the key out of the lockbox at 11pm and finally got inside and into the lift, the 4th floor has 4 apartments and I had no idea which one it was. Tried to message host on What's App - didn't seem to have mobile data working. Ended up trying my key in different doors! Eventually got a message back from host telling me which apartment it was. The apartment number needs to be included in the information once you have booked and paid.

Charming and comfortable - great value for money!

Pros: Very close to the metro station, so easy to get to and get around. Spacious and clean with a lovely view over the church.

Cons: Nothing that I didn't like.

Superb location

Pros: Perfect location with tram stop outside and close to the metro which was very cheap and easy to use with direct link to sofia airport. There is a nearby shopping centre in Sofia Towers with a supermarket just 10 minutes or so walk away. The appartment was spacious, with a modern comfortable feel and had lovely views from the balcony. The bed was large and very comfortable and the facilities were excellent which included a washing machine and drier should you need them. The historic centre of Sofia is within walking distance but is only one stop on the metro at Serdica where you can also find plenty of restaurants, bars and shops as well as many historic sites.

Cons: Ocassional noises from the trams ouside during the night but this is a small price to pay for such a superb city location.

A great and comfortable stay close to the centre!

Pros: The apartment was well equipped with everything you need. It was located in a well managed building with good security. Nearby you can find delicious restaurants, a mall and secure overnight parking. Everything was very comfortable and clean and we loved the balcony with the amazing view of the church.

Cons: Only a minor detail was that the comforter wasn't wide enough to fit two people. However this is not a big issue as there were plenty of extra blankets in the cupboard.

Best value for money!

Pros: It is brand new apartment. Clean and modern. Also it is located so close to the center street while the price was still very reasonable!

A very pleasant place in the proximity of Sofia city center.

Pros: The apartment has everything you might need for a self directed stay in Sofia. It is well maintained and modern. Cleanliness is a plus. The location is quiet and felt very safe.

Buy towels and enjoy the view

Pros: The apartment is nice and spacious with a great view to the park and a church. Located near the metro with a direct access to the airport and close to Mall of Sofia - the shopping centre. But…

Cons: But the cleanliness of the bath was not good - there were long and pubic hairs on the floor and even on walls. There were only one (not big) towel which was also with hairs. I had to buy things that were missing: two new towels, kitchen paper towels and liquid soap (there were no soap in a flat). The bed and bedsheets were a bit smelly - so I have bought a new pillow and pillow cases as well.
