The apartment enjoys an excellent location there is convenient parking spots in front of the building, while public transport stops are only a short walk away, providing easy access to the city center and major landmarks. A Lidl supermarket and several local shops are nearby, making it easy to find everything you might need during your visit. Inside, the flat impresses with its generous size and comfortable layout. The rooms are bright, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished, creating a relaxing atmosphere that feels both modern and homely. Whether you are visiting Sofia for business or leisure, the apartment provides the ideal setting for a pleasant and memorable stay.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It's incredibly comfortable and spacious, with everything you need to feel right at home. The rooms are bright and airy, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the location was also very convenient. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and enjoyable place to stay!

Pros: Large and clean apartament in the free parking zone, everything worked fine.

Cons: Old building, 4th floor (counting also the ground floor). Bigger TV, blind curtains and better pillows would be a nice upgrade.

Nice stay in Sofia

Pros: The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay - fully equipped, cozy, and clean. The location is excellent, with a metro station just a few minutes away that takes you to the city center in about 10 minutes. Check-in was easy and smooth, and the host was very friendly and responsive to all our messages. It is a great choice for both short and longer stays, and we would definitely come back!

Pros: Really enjoyed our time here with my friends ! The apartment is in a peaceful spot but still close to everything. It’s nicely set up and feels both roomy and welcoming. You’ve got all the essentials comfy bed, clean spaces, and a kitchen if you want to cook. The sofa bed and TV in the living area make it easy to unwind. Wi-Fi worked great too. The host, Alexander, was fantastic- super friendly and made everything smooth. Definitely will stay again!

Pros: Запазих за мои приятели, останаха изключително доволни! Жилището е чисто и уютно, а комуникацията със собственика беше лесна и бърза!

Pros: Престоят ми в апартамента беше чудесен! Мястото е просторно, много топло и стилно обзаведено – усеща се като истински дом. Всичко беше чисто и подредено, а районът е спокоен и удобен, с магазини и транспорт съвсем наблизо. Домакинът беше изключително внимателен и отзивчив, което направи престоя ми още по-приятен. Определено бих се върнала отново с удоволствие!

Pros: Приятный, вежливый хозяин. Хорошее расположение, рядом общественный транспорт и супермаркет(10 мин пешком). Бесплатная парковка.

Pros: E clar ca gazda e la inceput de drum si iii urez mult succes in continuare. Un domn foarte amabil, comunicare excelenta atat pentru a ajunge cat si pentru self check in. Apartamentul este conform descrierii la etajul 4 fara lift si nu are aer conditionat. Dusul se face direct in camera dr baie fara perdea, se cam uda totul in cale. Apartamentul este aranjat modern si cu bun gust. Utilat si mobilat. Locuri de parcare gratis in zona. Zona mi s-a parut safe.Magazine si metrou in apropiere.

Cons: Unele mici lucruri pot fi imbunatatite si sunt sigur ca data viitoare nota va fi maxima !
