Pros: Everything was perfect. The manager let us checkin earlier. Easy to find. Nice interior.
Cons: The washroom needs a bit more cleaning. The cleaner left the dirty water in the cleaning bucket. The geyser needs to be turned on so that you can get hot water in the morning

Good value for money in a communicative area
Pros: Despite being close to a busy street, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. The furniture is older, but the place has been renovated to a good standard. There were a few small details that still needed finishing or maintenance, but nothing that affected our stay. The host clearly put effort into enhancing the guest experience with thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. We really appreciated the convenience of the parking spot, and the sports channels on the TV were a great bonus. The host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful. We also appreciated that the apartment is reasonably priced, especially compared to the sky-high prices found all around Sofia. Overall, a comfortable stay and good value.
Cons: There are a few things that could use some attention: \t•\tThere was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom sewage. \t•\tThe open-plan bathroom feels outdated and is not very convenient. \t•\tA few small amenities were missing that would have really improved the guest experience, such as one-time slippers, a shoehorn, a hairdryer, and a sponge for washing dishes. \t•\tThe mattress in the bedroom was much too soft for our preference. \t•\tThere is a small desk in the bedroom but no chair, which felt a bit odd—though not a major issue, as the chairs from the living room can be used if needed.

Ideal pentru o vizită scurtă în Sofia
Pros: Mi-a plăcut cel mai mult amabilitatea patronului care ne-a lăsat să intrăm în apartament înainte de ora de chekin. De asemenea, un punct forte este parcarea gratuită, supravegheată video. Apartamentul este aproape de centrul Sofiei. Este dotat cu tot ce trebuie.
Cons: Apartamentul este foarte cochet, dar se vede in unele locuri vechimea clădirii. Baia mică, dușul un pic inconfortabil.

Πολύ καλή η εμπορία μας!
Pros: Πολύ καλό κατάλυμα για τα λεφτά του! Έχει και δικό του πάρκινγκ δύο στενά πιο πέρα με κάμερες,οπότε βάζεις εκεί το αμάξι και δεν φοβάσαι για τυχόν πρόστιμο η κλοπή! Και δεν παιδεύεσαι να ψάχνεις πάρκινγκ! Πολύ φιλικός και βοηθητικός ο οικοδεσπότης!
Cons: Το μόνο αρνητικό για εμάς με το μωρό ήταν ότι δεν είχε κουβερτουλα για το μωρό και μικρό μαξιλαράκι για μωρό.... ευτυχώς είχα πάρει μαζί μου και όλα καλά! Επίσης ίσως χρειάζεται μια αλλαγή στο στρώμα και στον καναπέ!

Pros: Apartman je veoma čist i dovoljno prostran. Sadrži sve što je potrebno za kraći ili duži boravak. Krevet je udoban, a kuhinja je sasvim solidno opremljena. Izvanredan položaj u mirnoj ulici, na dvadesetak minuta laganog hoda od centra Sofije. Izuzetna prednost je i čuvani parking na samo stotinak metara od apartmana. Komunikacija sa upravnikom je na najvišem mogućem nivou. Njegove informacije su veoma precizne i prijavljivanje i čitav boravak funkcionišu bez i najmanje greške. Vrednost koja se dobija za uloženi novac je maksimalna. Moja apsolutna preporuka.
Cons: Nema nikakavih zamerki.

Pros: Пламен е най-страхотния домакин, на когото съм попадала досега! Инструкции, снимки, обяснения, всичко ми беше изпратено предварително, също и когато аз имах някакви въпроси, получавах моментален отговор. Апартамента е безупречно чист, има всички необходими удобства, за да не ви липсва нищо по време на престоя в София. Паркомястото в близост до сградата е страхотен бонус, за тези, които пътуват с кола. Иначе мястото е на 6-7 мин пеша до метростанция и това също е много голямо удобство. Препоръчвам!

Едно приятно място за оставане в София
Pros: Апартамента е удобен, лесен за достъп с налично паркомясто в близост, което е огромно предимство и спестява време. Налично е всичко, което е необходимо ! Чисто и подредено, отзивчив собственик !

Pros: Curat și spațios, iar raportat la preț e de recomandat. Gazda foarte prietenoasa, iar un mare plus e parcarea asigurată, în oraș e haos cu locurile de parcare
