Cosy House

Pros: Fantastic location, really convenient to public transport, shopping (supermarket and markets nearby), plenty of eating places on the main street, train and bus stations not far (a short walk or tram ride). Very cosy with heating options, 2 big TVs (although we didn't use them), and a comfortable bed. Enough room for 2 people to stay comfortably. Yes the bathroom is very small but we just put a chair outside the bathroom door for our clothes, not a problem.

Cons: Just needed one or two tea towels to dry our coffee cups and plates.

Amazing stay!

Pros: Amazing stay! The studio is really comfortable and well equipped, we had everything we needed for the stay. The kitchen is well furnished, and the bed is comfortable. The studio feels very spacious, and the location is convenient, very close to the city centre. The host is very helpful.

Cons: To have hot water in the shower, it was advised to have the pressure on the minimum, but despite that the temperature was really hard to manage and kept going up and down. We burnt ourselves many times while showering. A shower mat and a cloth for drying hands and dishes in the kitchen would have been a nice addition, as we had to use one of our shower towels for that.

Pros: the bedroom area was very cosy, there was lots of space and the location is amazing

Pros: Super comfortable and best for it's price value.

Pros: I was visiting Sofia with my son, and this apartment was perfect for us. Walking distance from the station and all the main attractions, self check-in. The upper part of the apartment had a tall ceiling (normally they're short), so you can walk easily, it has another TV, so a real separate bedroom. Although situated in the centre, the apartment is absolutely quiet, you don't hear any noise.

Really cosy house

Pros: Well maintained apartment. Nice design. Very comfortable. Amenities including hob, oven, microwave, large fridge. Very good value for money

Pros: Very nice and cosy place indeed, overall clean, with good amenities and bed is comfy. Bathroom is tiny but all bearable. Communication with host was great, key was in a safe box, easy check in/out. Location is good too, central and close to subway stations around.

Cons: Smoking is perhaps allowed in the property as there was some lingering smell, could be an issue for non smokers looking for a longer stay

Great location and worth the money.

Pros: Location is fantastic, well connected to everywhere with bus, metro and tram. Supermarkets nearby. Almost fully equipped apartment.

Surprisingly good place

Pros: the apartment is surprisingly good and well made. It has everything and feels good. There were delays to my arrival due to transportational issues outside my control so there were some challanges in getting the keys from the host but we figured it out to somewhat satisfactory degree as he was understanding. The bedroom on the 2nd floor was nice

Cons: the bathroom is very small. Did not manage to get the AC working as it should. There were some mosquitoes

Cosy and convenient !

Pros: The apartment is indeed very cosy, exactly as shown in the pictures, and equipped with anything you may need. The owner is very helpful and generous. Great and convenient location as well! Great value for money!

Cons: It is a little hard to find as there is no sign nor number outside. Luckily it was easy for me as the owner of one shop on the opposite street helped me out. So just plan it carefully. Apart from that , everything was perfect !
