A cosy flat in central Sofia with a kitchen

Pros: Ayki is a very warm and friendly host, and we had a very interesting chat with him.

Great apartment on a great location.

Pros: Apartment was perfect for 3-4 days stay. Host (Ayki) is a very kind and helpful person. Apartment is located pretty close the metro station (5 min walk) and downtown (7 min walk). We like the apartment and the furniture. We even had the opp to wash our clothes there. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The bath is pretty tiny and the pillows could improve, but this didn't really affect our stay.

History, comfort and convenience all in one!

Pros: Excellent accommodation! small with everything you need - kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Beds were comfortable and internal temperature was pleasant (with the option to increase or decrease). Very clean and owner is very friendly - he gave us a lot of tips on what to do in the city and where to eat. His passion for the history of this house, of the country and the world in general can be felt in the way he speaks and in the decor of the house. Lovely little back yard as well. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a washing machine. Location is good - close to attractions, transport and supermarkets. Highly recommended!

Pros: The apartment is very cozy and nice (even better than on the photo). The furniture is vintage (home style) and you can see that it is well cared for. The room was very clean, the apartment itself is well heated. The house is on a narrow street, quiet and peaceful at night. Very nice and sociable host, if you want to talk, he is happy to tell you everything and support different topics. There are stores and metro stations nearby. The house itself is antique and the owner talked about how he takes care of it, the year it was built and such, which was quite interesting.

We wish we could have stayed longer.

Pros: A lovely old building with guest space tastefully and completely renovated by a genial and informative host. When Ayki finishes the project his place will be stunning.
