Sofia Downtown Boutique Apartment

A very nice and quite apt for a family stay

Pros: The apartment is very nice and quite. And there is also a variety of cookware and a big fridge — which was really helpful considering the fact that we have a 4 year old kid. It was absolutely a comfortable stay for 6 days.

Cons: In case you're renting a car. As the apartment is located right next to the historical center all the parking spots are restricted by time and are paid. So we had to pay fine at the first day of our stay, and then we found a municipal parking, which was not very close to our place.

I am recommending this place to everyone.

The best sunset views in Sofia (and the most comfy bed).

Pros: This is a perfectly located, cozy place at a great price. We had dinner at the terrace with sunset and beautiful view of the rooftops. One of our best experiences of apartment renting. The bed is very comfy and the TV had great choices. Well stocked with cutlery (the wine glasses are proper, not some cheap stuff). We saw stars through the roof windows as we slept! The a/c can heat or provide cold or make hid air dry. Very handy. The mini kitchen is good too. The place is next to beat restaurants and supermarkets. Cherry from Billa and dinner at Kosmos (if you feel like splurging) or Happy (for great Sushi and the best chain in the world!). They have us detailed instructions. Smooth check-in. We're responsive too. Don't think. Just book this place. We have been to Sofia often. It's the best apartment we have had.

Cons: Some very very minor issues that will not affect our choice of this place next time we are in Sofia: First, after you collect the key from the lockbox, don't try entering the door immediately in front. Instead take the entrance to the left. It is easy to find. Second, the a/c remote is taped up and slightly fiddly. But if you press the batteries in and bring the remote to the left side of the a/c receiver, it works perfectly fine! Third, we could get the WiFi to work. The WiFi network name provided wasn't available on the list. Tried the password with all other networks but didn't work. There is a router and I am sure that they will fix the WiFi asap they are aware of thr issue.

Pros: First of all, position of property is exceptional. Everything for sightseeing is in walking distance. Night life as well. Owner is friendly and fast to respond. For me, old russian fridge converted into mini bar was great design choice

Pros: Everything was perfect. The apartment is modern, clean, functional and equipped with everything you may need. The location can't be better, just a few minutes walking distance from the National Palace of culture and yet with a private garage where you can leave your car. Very easy communication with the host. Definitely worth visiting.

Pros: Апартамента беше изключително чист, подреден, уютен, на прекрасно място, с голяма тераса, ароматни и прекрасни свещи. Беше просторен, светъл, топъл и лесно достъпен. Със сигурност ще го посетя отново, когато идвам в София. Беше на първия етаж и пренасянето на багажа беше изключително удобно и лесно. На пешеходно разстояние от не повече от 10 минути до най централната част на София.

Pros: The host is very friendly, helpful and always willing to assist in case of need. He responds to telephone calls very quickly, which is most pleasant.

Sehr gut, für die Lage und Stadt, einfach Spitze!

Pros: Die Wohnung profitiert von der zentralen und zugleich sehr ruhigen Lage und von der angeschlossenen Garage. Die Ausstattung ist Top, das Niveau der Digitalisierung ist ungewöhnlich hoch.

Cons: 6-8 Kaffeekapseln wären einfach nett...

Pros: Nádherný být s vlastni garáží. Moderně zařízený i s pračkou se sušičkou. Výborná lokalita. Absolutní klid a soukromí. Bohužel netekla tepla voda. Nebyla to ale vina majitele nýbrž vina havárie ve městě. I tak provozovatel kompenzoval vrácením téměř 40% ceny ubytování. Vřele doporučuji, rád se vrátím
