Perfect for visiting Sofia with family - we will be back with plaisir

Pros: Spacious ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 large living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Not to mention; air conditioning and washing machine - all of this was really very appreciated during our stay with my wife and my 2 childrens

Cons: Minor drawback: The shower curtain in the bathroom doesn't offer much protection, and it's a bit flooded every time you shower. Installing a glass wall would be a plus to prevent splashes on the wooden sink cabinet. The building is a little sad, with front wall facing the street, covered in graffiti, however, this does not detract the advantages of this particularly well-located and equipped accomodation.

Pros: Conveniently located close to sights, (grocery) stores and shops.

Cons: Unfortunately our bell got rung several times in the evening for food delivery of other apartments.

Pros: lovely apartment in a side street close to NDK. The bedrooms face the quiet backyard and the shutter makes the bedroom really dark. The aparment is spacious and looks freshly renovated.

Cons: Some minor issues popped up that the host was able to resolve in a timely manner.

Great and quiet location

Pros: The apartment is spacious and the location is quiet and great with multiple little grocery stores around. The main center is only about a 5-10mins walk away.

Cons: The garden (while nice) is a bit run-down. The stone stairs and tiles all broken so we ended up never sitting there as the baby couldn't walk around.

Amazing, highly recommended!

Pros: Amazing place, that's what they call spacious! Perfect location, no stairs, high ceilings, clean, AC in the living room + lots of fans (enough even during the hottest week in 2024...), roller blinds for full darkness in all rooms +comfortable beds, nicely furbished and decorated, washing machine, working desk, nice shared garden (with private entrance from the flat) - it was really the perfect place for our stay (and the best we had in Sofia so far...). Viktor is a really nice and helpful host. We would be back for sure!

Cons: Dishwasher would be a great addition for longer stays like ours

Pros: Best Sofia rental so far… (out of 10-ish). Well equipped, great location. Private parking not 20 meters away. Perfect tactical base to explore and enjoy the city!
