Landmark Luxe 2BR Apt with Parking

New house, very helpful owner.

Pros: Beautiful house. I have to be honest, we had problems with the water heater, but the owner's assistance and promptness in responding to our problem made up for the missing star, so it still deserves 5 stars. Perfect experience.

Amazing Luxury in Sofia

Pros: The apartment was modern and clean with every small detail taken care of. It’s unusual for an apartment to live up to the online pictures, however what you see of what you get…..and then some. Beautifully decorated and in a great location a few minutes from the Metro. Irena who helped us with our queries prior to and during our trip was great. Ridiculously well priced, it was a fabulous base for a short or longer stay in Sofia. Thoroughly recommend.

Cons: If I had to pick one small negative, the outside of the property looks a little daunting, especially when arriving at night (there is no lighting in the entry way). It is worth noting that the property is beside a market and as such, there is no direct vehicle access. Taxis can accommodate but to an adjacent street. Noise from the market was minimal, in fact the only noise we heard were the beautiful prayer songs from the Orthodox Church next door. None of this is the fault of the owners and does not take away from the apartment itself or the overall experience!

Pros: Stylische moderne Wohnung, für jeden Raum eine eigene individuell einstellbare Aircondition. Komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Niveau

Cons: Wasserabfluss in der Dusche müsste überprüft werden.

Delizioso appartamento a Sofia

Pros: L'appartamento è grande e davvero favoloso, riammodernato di recente, è davvero piacevole, anche a livello di design. La casa è ben arredata e ci sono tutti gli ingredienti per un ottimo soggiorno, 2 camere separate, più un salone indipendente come terza camera. Cucina e sala da pranzo praticamente nuovi e ben forniti per qualsiasi esigenza. La posizione è buona, si trova praticamente nella via del mercato delle donne e con 15 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro, non abbiamo avuto l'esigenza di prendere tram o metro nonostante vi siano fermati di entrambi a qualche minuto dalla casa. Il palazzo da fuori sembra leggermente inquietante, ma essendo stato a Sofia più volte, qui è praticamente la normalità, la casa dentro vi ripagherà. Ok anche per il parcheggio, si trova appena dietro la casa, custodito. Host molto gentile e di supporto prima e durante il soggiorno.

Cons: I bagni sebbene abbastanza grandi erano appena sufficienti: in uno la puzza di fogna era abbastanza forte, nell'altro lo scarico della doccia era completamente attappato e ci siamo accontentati quindi di una sola doccia per il nostro breve soggiorno.

Apartamento estupendo

Pros: Las habitaciones, camas, el apartamento reformado, muy bonito. al detalle, la anfitriona muy bien.

Cons: La ubicación, la verja y el portal tenebroso por la noche en la puerta de un mercado… Huele a humedad.

Eine super Wohnung mit Parkplatz

Pros: Die Wohnung ist unglaublich schön, modern eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Wir waren schwer beeindruckt. Wenn man das Haus von außen sieht, würde man niemals auf die Idee kommen, dass dort in diesem Haus so eine mega Wohnung ist. Wir hatten viel Platz in der Wohnung und haben uns dort extrem wohl gefühlt. Direkt daneben ist eine Kirche und auch der Frauenmarkt; Wir waren besorgt, ob wir morgens gut schlafen können. Aber es war alles sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral; Man kann die Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichen. Es war super, dass man eine Parkmöglichkeit hatte und das Auto sicher abgestellt war. Wir waren für den Parkplatz sehr dankbar.

Cons: Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten, den Parkplatz zu erreichen. Das Tor konnte nach telefonischer Absprache aufgemacht werden und wir konnten auf dem Parkplatz parken. Das Rein- und Rausfahren war persönlich oder telefonisch abzustimmen. Das Haus sieht von außen (und auch im Treppenhaus) sehr renovierungsbedürftig aus. Die Wohnung ist auf einem Markt und daher war die Gegend/ Umgebung entsprechend. Für uns war es ok.

Pros: Prachtig ingericht appartement. Ook wat extra´s voorzien zoals koffie. Heel aangenaam

Cons: De inkom was heel donker en echt niet proper. We dachten dat het adres verkeerd was.

Pros: Die Unterkunft war unglaublich liebevoll ausgestattet. Tolle Möbel, liebevolle Auswahl der Bilder, richtig schön sanierte Badezimmer. Die Küche war super eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt!

Confortevole

Pros: Appartamento pulito, ampio, ben arredato e attrezzato. Siamo state molto bene. Due bei bagni, letti comodi. Posizione abbastanza comoda, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Cons: Niente

Pros: Appartamento Super, veramente molto bello. Buona posizione abbastanza centrale
