Pros: Ολα ηταν τελεια. Καινουργια 8οροφη πολυκατοικια. Το διαμερισμα στον τριτο οροφο.Ομορφη διακόσμηση. Χωρος σταθμευσης προστατευομενος. Στο πισω μερος της πολυκατοικιας ειχε αυλη για καφεδακι στη δροσια. Σε ήσυχη περιοχη. Αμεση και συντομη προσβαση σε ολα τα μερη ενδιαφεροντος με αυτοκινητο.

Cons: Τα παράθυρα δεν ανοιγαν. Δεν ειχε καθολου μπαλκόνι. Το κρεβατι ετριζε λιγο.

Pros: Местоположението беше възможно най-удобното за целта на моето пътуване - най-близкото възможно до УНСС. Между сградата на университета и блока, има малка горичка, където сутрин рано и вечер, се чува пеенето на птичките, което за централната част на София е нещо уникално! Към апартамента има парко-място, което ми беше важно, защото бях с автомобил. Самото място е много тихо и спокойно. Апартамента беше напълно оборудван откъм посуда и домакински уреди. Мястото е идеално за няколкодневен престой. Видяното на място, напълно съответства на снимките от обявата.

Cons: Няма тераса, но това е конструктивен проблем, който не зависи от собственика. Като цяло, в този блок или няма тераси, или са съвсем символични.
