Pros: It's a very comfy place to stay with facilities for hanging around/eating/[arty outside in the small yard. The hosts are exceptionally friendly, and they can prepare you some domestic home-made dishes.

Pros: Baba Milka and Diado Emil are the kindest and sweetest hosts!! They welcomed us with warm hearts and made us feel instantly at home! Diado Emil treated us to home-made rakia in their beautiful garden, and told us stories, gave us wisdom. We bought some of the honey he makes, and it was amazing! Baba Milka gave us a present on the way out! The house and the rooms are big, comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. Our only regret was that we stayed for just 1 night. We will definitely be back for longer!!

Pros: Na alle sleutels in kluisjes aan hekken en brievenbussen was het persoonlijk contact met dit bejaarde Bulgaarse echtpaar een verademing. De villa ademt een ouderwets huiselijke sfeer.

Cons: De kookplaten functioneren niet. Daar zou echt wat aan gedaan moeten worden.

Très agréable et relativement bien situé. Un peu cher mais authentique.

Pros: L’accueil était très chaleureux et agréable. L’emplacement était sur la route pour se rendre au monastère.

Cons: La literie était trop ferme. Le prix est élevé par rapport à Sofia. La décoration était ancienne mais cela fait partie du charme de dormir chez l’habitant dans une maison bulgare typique

Pros: Много приятни и любезни възрастни хора - от онези, които ще те посрещнат с усмивка, ще те заприказват по такъв начин, че ще ти се иска да останеш още. Домът им беше чист, спретнат и приверлив. Да са живи и здрави още дълги години!

Pros: nettes Haus mit Gartenlaube und 2 süßen Katzen Omi spricht nur bulgarisch, war aber sehr nett Verkauf eigener Produkte

Fantastische Gastfreundschaft bei Oma Milka!

Pros: Ein einmaliges Erlebnis! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und Oma Milka kümmert sich sehr herzlich um die Gäste! Sprachlich hilft Google Translate 😉 Unbedingt Banitsa zum Frühstück bestellen, macht Oma selbst! Sehr gemütlich war der Gartensitzplatz und als Ausgangspunkt für die Besichtigung des Rila-Klosters perfekt. Wir konnten sogar das Gepäck während des Besuchs dort lassen.

Great stay near Rila Monastery!

Pros: This is a great place to position for a visit to Rila Monastery. With Google Translate, our conversations with Grandma Milka went great! We asked her to cook supper and breakfast for us. We also bought some of Grandpa Emil's wine and honey. The home is perfectly lean and well-maintained. The shower is lovely and three is plenty of hot water. The tranquility is very relaxing. We loved our stay!
