Pros: We loved our stay , everything was perfect. The house was warm, clean and had everything that we needed.

Pros: Stunning villa, amazing view. Cozy, warm and comfortable

Cons: They said there was WiFi, which was critical for us, and due to a malfunction, there wasn't. And that made it very difficult for us. They didn't compensate us in any way.

Pros: Nice interior, comfortable bedrooms and perfect heating.

Cons: There wasn’t good kitchen equipment, nothing was left for self cleaning and staff doesn’t clean the house during the stay.

Amazing

Pros: The house is very big and cosy. It has everything you need for a long stay. You can rent ski equipment for free. Also the shuttle bus to the gondola in Bansko is included in the accommodation price. Swimming pools are perfect after a long day on the slopes (you can take towels from the spa reception). Everyday day cleaning. Amazing staff.

Cons: Just some things to keep in mind when booking: - no microwave, - no salt, pepper or sugar, The temperature in the house is too high. Although we set the thermostat to 21-22 degrees there were always 25-26 degrees in the house. Water, coffee, tea and some other drinks and snacks are with charge.

Pros: We were in the villa for only one night. This is not the first time we have stayed at this complex. The villa is new, it has everything you need for a good holiday with a good view. We had full board, but only took advantage of breakfast. Breakfast was excellent. When checking in, a small question arose that we recommend paying attention to. When booking, it was indicated that you can leave the villa until 20.00 the next day. But in fact, at the reception they said that this was a mistake and the villa’s check-out time was standard (12.00). Although, of course, we booked it precisely because of this condition, since we were traveling for one night. As a result, we were allowed to stay until 20.00 without additional payment. Thank you very much for that. But we recommend that you clarify this question.

Overall, a pleasant stay with good breakfast, charming chalet amenities, and attentive receptionists

Pros: The breakfast was good, the chalet itself was lovely and had everything we needed inside. The receptionists are very nice and make sure that everything is fine with your stay at the country club. The club itself is huge and has different restaurants and shops to grab essentials for your stay, although I would recommend going to a supermarket to get your stuff.

Cons: As soon as the breakfast time slot is up, the wait staff will come and remove the leftover food, even if people are still eating. Although the snowboard hire was free with our chalet, the equipment is very old and limited, so I would recommend spending a bit extra and hiring equipment by Bansko.

Pros: Къщата е достатъчно голяма и конфортна. Много добре отоплена. Комплексът е добре оргарнизиран и има всичко, от което се нуждаеш.

Cons: Неприятна миризма в тоалетните. Камина без никакви дърва оставени. След като купихме от рецепция прескупи дърва, се оказа че камината не дърпа и цялата къща миришеше на пушек. Също така няма оставени никакви капсули за кафе. Обиколихме няколко големи магазина и не успяхме да намерим подходящи капсули.
