Pros: Very comfortable stay with two bedrooms and cozy living room. The view is amazing, the location is right next to the hotel, very easy access for the restaurant, coffee and spa. Parking in front of the door. Very warm inside.

Pros: The property was clean and spacious, with a good location and beautiful natural surroundings. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the temperature was excellent, and the overall setting was ideal and very cute for family trips.

Great villa, beautiful view, great facilities.

Pros: The apartment/villa is amazing. It was clean. There was everything we needed. It was warm, very well decorated. Beautiful yard and view. It is very close to the hotel - 20-30 metres to the closest entrance.

Cons: Ask in advance the host about the number of the villa. As the staff at the reception needed some time to figure out which was the villa.

Pros: Location , deco and furniture. Fully equipped. Outside area .

Relaxing and cozy stay

Pros: The comfort and coziness of the chalet is what we liked most.

Cons: It seemed that the chalet wasn't hosted for a long time. The patio wasn't organized and was a bit messy but let's say the weather wasn't good enough yet (beginning of May). We had problems with TV and wi-fi because they were unpaid at first and the owner was kind enough to pay them but still, the connectivity issues occurred again and we needed to connect to the hotel network which is a bit slow.

Симпатично място за почивка

Pros: Симпатична вила с достатъчно място, в близост до Банско и региона. Има си двор, приятно обзавеждане, място къде да се паркира. Добро оборудвана кухня. Имаше каквото ни беше необходимо за релакс и почивка.

Cons: Когато пристигнахме беше много студено и отне време да се стопли. Вилата е част от няколко редици къщички до хотел. Камината е изкуствена, а барбекюто се нуждае от ремонт.

Страхотно място за спокоен престой

Pros: Вилата е страхотна, много уютна и има всичко необходимо за престоя. Красива гледка, спокойствие и уединеност. Добра комуникация чрез booking, отговаряха много бързо на запитванията ни.

Cons: Няма никаква връзка с хотела, като персонала изобщо не е наясно с нищо, случващо се около вилите. И двете ни вечери там спираше тока поради авария, заради което се промениха плановете ни за вечеря и за наше голямо очудване, единствената опция за изхранване беше на блок маса срещу заплащане на куверт. Нямаше опция за свободно поръчване в ресторанта на хотела.
