nice but could have been better

Pros: nice chalet, one kitchen and bath on first floor, one two-bedroom and one single bed rooms upstairs. Sauna in the chalet, nice yard.

Cons: small and noisy (when you walk). Far away from the slopes, need a car. The bathroom is small, little hot water. It is old and noisy when you walk. The staircases to the second floor are tight - for a larger man/woman or person with disabilities - impossible. Heating with small electric devises. The kitchen is scares in appliances.

Pros: We had a great time in Chalet Musala during our family ski trip. It's a cute little chalet, which actually has a double bedroom as well as a separate single bedroom in the loft, so we didn't need to use the sofa bed downstairs (which isn't the most comfortable in the world). We simply used bits and pieces of the sofa bed and covers to create a small second bed in the single bedroom for our second child (age 8). This way, both our children could sleep in the second bedroom. There's some wear and tear, but it didn't bother us. It felt quite magical when everything was covered in snow. There's a restaurant across the road where we had dinner most nights. Borovets is only a short drive away. You can park your car free of charge at the chalet.

Cons: The double bed is too big for the narrow bedroom. Because of the sloping roof, you can't get in properly from the side of the bed, and there's also a quite big board at the bottom of the bed. So you kind of have to climb fully or at least partly over the board when getting in or out of the bed, which is doable for a fit person, but it's not very convenient.

Pros: Me and my teenage son stayed here for 3 nights and we loved the cabin and location ,very happy with everything ,beautiful ,warm cosy and with some nice perks of snacks ,oil and herbs for cooking, coffee machine ect ,would 100% visit again

Pros: Lovely property, lots of little thoughtful details from the staff, fully equipped kitchen, nice interior, great sauna.

Cons: Can be cold if not directly next to the radiator, would be good to have a small portable heater.

We had a nice stay

Pros: I loved the seclusion of this chalet—being surrounded by nature with no nearby hotels or chalets was perfect. The front sitting area and barbecue spot were great, offering everything you need for a relaxing stay. The place is incredibly quiet and peaceful, with the forest right behind you. The furniture, both inside and outside, was of high quality, though the sofa could use replacing as it was broken. The internet was fast, which was a plus. If you enjoy walking, there's a lovely path to the center, where you'll find restaurants and shops, about 25 minutes away. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Cons: Although the idea and location of the chalet were promising, we were disappointed upon arrival to find it was not clean. I had to wipe down the toilet myself as it was dirty and appeared to have been used, and I also had to clean the kitchen sink. My son's bed sheets had yellow stains on them, which was unacceptable. The chalet is in need of refurbishment—the doors on the first floor and the carpet were dirty, and the sofa had large stains. I'm sure they can do better.

Pros: Originalité, tranquillité. Le sauna dans le chalet. Accueil très sympa

Pros: Цей отель нам дуже сподобався! Місце дуже мальовниче і спокійне, у домі все необхідне є - посуд, мангал, навіть у самому домі присутня сауна, це нам дуже сподобалось, особливо після виснажливого походу у ліс дуже гарно розслабитись! Особливо власнику готелю, він все організував дуже швидко при необхідності!

Pros: Приятна, тиха вила, сред гората, откъсната от лудницата. Намира се срещу вилно селище Ягода. Вилата беше топла, но плочките в банята ледено студени. Домакините ни бяха оставили снаксове, чай, кафе и подправки - много мило.

Комфортен и уютен престой с две годишно дете

Pros: Всъщност домакинът успя да ни настани на друго място, което се оказа просторно и много уютно , тъй като в Шале Мусала се извършваше някаква поддръжка.

Pros: Най-доброто отношение, което съм срещал, буквално неприсъщо за нашите ширини
