Pros: We had a wonderful night stay here with my wife. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared, which made it easy to relax as soon as we arrived. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel genuinely cared for. The location is also a big plus — it’s conveniently close to the city center, so getting around was quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Pros: We had a great stay at this apartment. It’s located in a very quiet neighbourhood, which makes it perfect for relaxing. Parking in front of the building is free. The apartment itself was warm, cozy, and very clean. The bed was especially comfortable, and we slept really well throughout our stay. The host was very kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience very nice.

Cons: Since the apartment seems to be brand new, there are just a few small things that could be improved: for example, there were no hangers by the door for jackets, coats, etc., there were only espresso cups (no regular tea cups), and the cutlery could be a bit more complete. Maybe a toaster and a coffee machine would also be a nice addition.

Great stay, fantastic value for money

Pros: Great place. Not in the central part of Bansko, however 10-15 minute walk.

Cons: Sign on the gate is not the same as the name on the booking, a little hard to find however contact the staff and they were very helpful

Perfect stay in bansko

Pros: Clean modern rooms. Centrally located with just a short walk from town. Staff friendly.

Cons: Became super hot and was only able to regulate room keeping window open .

Pros: A good hotel, all the equipment is in good working order, there is an electric kettle. The hotel owner monitors the hotel's condition.

Highly recommendable place. Nice and clean.

Pros: It is a brand new place and super clean compared to others in the area. Spacious and quite rooms. The host is very responsive to their messages and always willing to help. Excellent work!

Cons: It's a 20min walk from the Lift and the centre, but walkable. Less than a minute by car.

Lovely stay for a weekend in the mountains.

Pros: The facility is brand new and very well maintained. I love the staff - aways so welcoming and positive. Highly recommend it!

Cons: It is not possible to regulate the temperature locally for each room. I find the temperature higher than the regular needed for a good night sleep. But with the windows we found a fresh mountain solution.

Pros: Super friendly host, very helpful and accommodating. Super quiet, newly built and furnished, quiet, welcoming, a place to stay or return after skiing. No fancy additional hotel activities and noise.

Cons: No things to discuss, got exactly what I needed.

Pros: Я уже второй раз останавливался в этом отеле. Замечательный и недорогой отель. Там всегда можно припарковаться поблизости. От отеля до центра Банско можно дойти минут за 15. В номере было чисто, тепло, все работало, никаких проблем не было.
