A very good stay!

Pros: The property is very good and clean, there is everything you need, oven, kitchen, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer etc. For the price is absolutely worth the money

Cons: We had a little bit of misunderstanding with the check in because in booking is at 14 and the host was saying at 15, and we cannot leave the luggage before check in but in the end everything went right

Pros: Great location with walking distance to most interesting places in Sofia; The neighborhood is quiet; the host is very helpful; Clean and comfortable

Nice Stay

Pros: The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and there is a nice view to an interior garden, which is nice in the morning. I would put up a small sign on the gate to make it easier to find. The shower is a bit strange, but for a short stay is manageable.

Pros: - Attentive and friendly hosts. Everything needed during the stay was covered and even exceeded expectations. Really appreciate for the complimentary mineral water, beer, and snacks they prepared. Feels like at home. - Great and quiet location. In the heart of the city, easy to discover Sofia by walking. Metro station (Serdika) to airport and central railway & bus station is only 5 minutes walk.

Pros: Luca is a very nice host. I mentioned to him after making the booking that I would not have mobile data when arriving in Sofia and I would use public transportation. Luca collected us at the metro station and he waited there for more than one hour because our fight was delayed. Luca also allowed us to check out late. The location is excellent. Close to metro station yet in a very quiet area. Room is very clean and everything is near new. Highly recommend to everyone.

Well located and comfortable

Pros: Centrally located I could walk to all attractions. The apartment is very comfortable, good bed and bedding and a well equipped kitchen. Loved the spaciousness of the apartment (except the bathroom was not spacious) but I got used to the set up in the bathroom. I would recommend this apartment for solos and couples

A real diamond in the center of Sofia

Pros: Whatever I write about this accommodation will not be enough to describe its perfection. Very clean, very beautiful, very relaxing and very entertaining. The kitchen is perfect, the colors, the materials used, the coffee pots and all the cleaning materials. The living room is relaxing and comfortable, and there is a TV and Netflix. The living room and bedroom have a beautiful garden view. Also, there are potted orchids in the rooms.The owner is very kind and caring, he has thought of everything for comfort: umbrellas, spare glasses, children's coloring book... There is a large wardrobe, many hangers and a very comfortable bed in the bedroom. The air conditioners in the rooms work perfectly. The bathroom and toilet meet all needs and are spotlessly clean.The location of the accommodation is perfect, very close to Billa, women's market, shopping streets and public transportation. I recommend you not to miss this accommodation when you find it free

Pros: Sehr gute Lage, wenn man zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen möchte. Leider ist der Parkplatz in der Nähe nicht kostenlos, mit ca. 20 Leva am Tag aber gut bezahlbar.
