Spacious rooms in friendly hotel close to local amenities

Pros: Very friendly and helpful owner. Very generous room size. Good location for local restaurants etc.

Cons: Parking very limited. No breakfast option.

Pros: The willingness of the staff to share information about Bulgarian culture and history was great. Their pride in their country was wonderful to see. I loved the fact that the warm mineral water pool and sauna were accessible at all hours. The hotel was close to the square, where the festival was being held, so we were able to walk to the festivities. And when we were leaving, they happily called a taxi for us.

Mineral water spa to relax on your way to balkans

Pros: Hidden gem. Hot mineral water tube, sauna, spa. Free for hotel guests. Visiting nearby castle is mandatory, half an hour of walk from hotel.

Cons: Everything was good.

Wonderful place with mineral water

Pros: Wonderful place! Downtown, very spacious rooms, extremely clean and new, quiet, even though on a main street! Mineral water pool, super friendly staff, will definitely be back again! The room has a small kitchenette, so great even for a long stay! English channels on TV! Double vanity sink in the bathroom! Excellent hotel!

Cons: It's all personal. I'm short, so the toilet was too high for me. The bed was super soft, like a cloud, but that was bad for my back problems. The shampoo container, oh, we couldn't figure it out. No food available, but it's downtown, so not an issue. Great place!

Pros: It had a unique outdoor pool with hot mineral water and a greenhouse like cover above to keep warm. This made it feel like a hot pool and steam room in one. We enjoyed it lot. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Pros: There was a big pool, free coffee, and the receptionist knew English. Good location for the city, spacious room, clean and everything looked new. Has everything you would expect for a reasonable price.

Pros: Хареса ни местоположението-близо до центъра, басейна чист с топла минерална вода, сауната, стаята, всичко беше чисто и поддържано. Много любезен и услужлив домакин. Благодарим за приятния престой.

Pros: Топлата вода в басейна, сауната. Управителят беше на наше разположение за информация за града и околията, много отзивчив и усмихнат. Удобни, топли, широки стаи.Леглата бяха с удобни матраци и възглавници.

Cons: Размерът на басейна, джакузито точно тогава беше в ремонт и го инсталираха, не успяхме да го ползваме. Неудобство е липсата на паркинг към хотела. В близост има платен, както и места в съседните улички, понякога трудно се намират.
