Perfect location, lovely design.
Pros: Location. Quiet room. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Warm room.
Cons: The breakfast should be improved. The cappuccino was not tasty (very weak and on the colder than likely warm side) and the bread is industrial packaged toast (not healthy).

Excellent city centre hotel
Pros: Location is excellent, rooms and bathrooms very spacious and clean , breakfast is good . The lady in the reception was so helpfull .

Wonderful place, will visit again
Pros: I stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The amenities were excellent and made the stay even more comfortable. The location was absolutely fabulous—close to everything, easy to get around, and perfect for exploring the area.
Cons: Breakfast was good, though it could be upgraded a little with more variety. Apart from that small detail, everything was great. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Pros: The staff were lovely, very helpful. Lady on reception packed up some breakfast as we had an early departure this morning. Room was very clean. Beds were comfy. Restaurant downstairs had great food options. Hotel was in a great location. Would 100% stay again if visiting Plovdiv.

One of our favorite place to stay in Plovdiv
Pros: Perfect location, extremely clean as always, nice breakfast and pretty kind and welcoming staff
Cons: When closing the doors from outside it create a lot of noise. We had no issue with that but i was concerned how can I close it quietly not to disturb neghbours

Gem of a hotel in the heart 💕 of the city
Pros: Fabulous location, right in the centre Delicious, fresh & good selection off the menu for breakfast which was included (the yoghurt & granola with fresh fruit was superb) The waitress with the ponytail was very friendly & accommodating. The beds were exceptionally comfortable with quality pillows & bed linen. The room was immaculate & it was very quiet overnight. 10% discount off the food & drinks in the restaurant was appreciated & the food was of a high quality. Fridge & coffee making facilities are always a welcome addition as is an iron & ironing board after traveling with clothes in a backpack. I would recommend this gem of a hotel 💞in a heartbeat.
Cons: We had an issue gaining entry into the hotel on our last night, our security code & key failed to open the door- luckily one of our fellow travellers was still awake & answered her mobile & came & let us in. There is also an emergency number on the door, which goes to a security guy, and apparently he will be with you within 10minutes. At all other times, we had never had an issue gaining entry after hours. If you're not good with stairs, request a room on the first floor. We were on the 3rd ( top floor) and the stairs were quite steep - we knew there was no elevator & this was fine for us, just to be aware. Overall, there is not much NOT to like about this hotel, it was a perfect for our two night city break.

Pros: The cleanliness of the room were fantastic, the staff were very helpful, they run a restaurant out the front side so sometimes it is hard to find someone at the reception which is located right in the front lobby, the staff were super nice with enquires the women at the front desk were perfect, they gave recommendations for our taxi to the bus station, when we asked to check out earlier than they work they prepared us a lovely breakfast for our trip including fruit, sandwiches, orange juice and water, you can't ask for more. Loved our stay so much we would surely book here again should we come to Plovdiv. Excellent place with the best room I have had in all of Bulgaria, the junior suite is amazing. The food is the best we found in Plovdiv also the restaurant takes great care in the food if you wish to have lunch or dinner, breakfast was very tasty too.
Cons: If there are any negatives to say about the place it is the fact the cleaner didn't provide fresh sheets only changed the towels, we did go out later during the day though so it can be excused because of this. The toilet flush kept sticking so you could hear it if you didn't pull the flush up. It is hard to find things not to like here.
