Pros: The host was very nice and polite, the room was very clean and comfortable!

Charming house with nice people

Pros: The house is located very close to mineral pool Kotvata and opposite town's central park. It is very clean.The comunal spaces are roomy and tastefully done. The owner is polite and friendly. She even allowed me to leave my car with them after I checked out so I could spend one more day in Spareva Banya.

Cons: It would be nice if there was a fridge in the room or at least on the same floor.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Especially the kitchen really stood out, for how functional it was and how well it was managed. The hostess was always smiling and there for us. Further, it's 3-4 minutes walk to Kotvata Mineral Pool Center which was a blessing

Hostel vibe

Pros: Had a nice Hostel vibe with the big shared kitchen. You have an amazing view over the mountains. There is a nice patio where you could also hang, but it was rainy when we were there. I bet you could have an amazing yoga sesh there. The room was warm and comfortable and the shower was amazing! There was also parking right across the street. No uphill complicated stuff.

Great location, would definitely come again

Pros: The owner of the guesthouse is extremely welcoming and nice. Perfect location in a quiet area close to the town's main street and 3 minutes walking to Kotvata. We were able to park for free on the street. Beautiful yard where you can relax and use the outdoor kitchen. There's also a small shared indoor kitchen and tables where you can make a coffee or warm up some food. The quality of the bed was fine. I would definitely return on my next trip to Sapareva Banya

Cons: There was a motion-activated light at the entrance of our room that was a little annoying Keep in mind that this is a guesthouse, not a hotel, and noise travels more easily between the rooms

Pros: ממש נהננו כאן! מטבח משותף מאובזר היטב, מרחב נעים ונקי. המארחת ממש נחמדה ועזרה לנו. מעולה למשפחה.

Pros: Location - restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking., Lovely garden, coffee machine, really great place and great value for money. Host very attentive and lovely.

Cons: Worth knowing that some rooms don't have air conditioning (no surprises, everything is clear in the description). The weather was great anyway so we didn't mind.

Pros: Очень доброжелательные и приятные хозяева. Очень чисто, балкон с красивым видом, большой холодильник, кухня, терраса, барбекю, поляна где можно играть в бадминтон и футбол. Парковка напротив гостевого дома.

Cons: Затхлый запах из сливов в ванной. Мы были на последнем этаже, где крыша. За день так нагревается крыша, что очень душно в комнатах и невозможно быстро заснуть, если нет хорошего ветра. Потолок давит, так как крыша скошенная и одна большая софа находится в углу у самого скоса.
