Pros: Location close to baths, can park in front of the building. AC hits enough to let you feel more than warm :). Nice standard and late check out without fee. Thank you.

Pros: It was such a lovely and romantic room, slightly vintage atmosphere exactly what I like. It was warm and comfortable. Close to the Kotvata as we wanted. I would come back again. Thank you x

Pros: I highly recommend this accommodation. It is located in a quiet area near the mountains. Everything was very clean and we had all we needed at hand. The host is a friendly and welcoming lady. You can park your car right in front of the property. Good Wifi is also available.

Location excellent, comfortable room.

Pros: Great guest house when visiting. Easy to find. Comfortable bed/room, aircon, TV, really nice balcony to sit on with a wine. Small basic kitchen. Have stayed couple times before. Very good location, short walk to pools and restaurants.

Cons: As the hosts accommodation is on same floor when they had guests around that evening they were quite loud until very late, but stopped once I knocked on door, and despite this I would still return. Great value.

Pros: Clean, quiet, amazing view from the balcony, very Close to the city center,owners very friendly ! We will come back!

Fantastic guesthouse with excellent location with views

Pros: Excellent communication. Very easy check-in. Parking. 5 minute walk to hotpools and restaurants. Friendly host who speaks perfect English. . Lovely room with very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Aircon, TV and balcony. Also access to a shared kitchen with coffee machine, fridge and balcony. Quiet location. I would highly recommend this guesthouse.

Lovely Guest House

Pros: Great value for money, cozy room , super shared kitchen facilities, lovely balcony with mountain & forest views

Cons: Check-in was a little tricky as it wasn't clear how to find the host, better instructions would be really helpful

Cosy little guesthouse

Pros: Comfortable cosy guesthouse and friendly hosts :) Great view from the kitchen balcony.

Pros: The place was extremely clean, well equipped, grreat location. The landlord was polite and helpful. The view is nice, our room overlooked the mountain. The beds were comfortable, hot water all the time. It wasn't hot so we didn't need to use the AC, but it had one. Bathroom was clean.

Cons: The whole impression would be a perfect 10 if there was not for the noise that was coming from the backyard untill 1AM or later. We had trouble sleeping because some guests or maybe host's friends were sitting in the backyard and laughing and talking as of there wes noone else in the house. Otherwise, my recommendations.

Hearty comfortable accommodation close to the center.

Pros: Accommodation close to the Rilai lakes and close to the center on foot. A balcony with a comfortable sofa and an external private super bathroom.

Cons: I can't stand too much romance, but the place was cute anyway. :)
