Guesthouse Argacho

Pros: We spent two wonderful days pampered by Tania and Peter! The room was excellent, the area was quiet, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom had a lovely, large shower. We had dinner and breakfast, all prepared by Peter. We highly recommend it. But the best part was the advice they gave us and the evenings spent chatting about travel. Thanks again to these two wonderful hosts!

Lovely stay.

Pros: I had a wonderful 1 night stay here. Petar and his son are amazing - incredibly kind and helpful. I really liked the neighbourhood and the walk you can do up to the Stob Pyramids which are a quirky natural phenomenon. Petar cooked me a delicious meal which was probably one of the best I had during my time in Bulgaria. Petar was very helpful in helping me catch a bus to Rila monastery by driving me to Rila town early in the morning.

Amazing guesthouse!!

Pros: - Petar, the owner, is very friendly. He will do everything for his guests. He gave us amazing tips which made our trip even better. You can feel he does this with his heart and soul. - the garden with pool is just amazing. When you enter the guesthouse, you just feel the rust and peace. Its amazing how its so clean and perfect. - We could chose our own room. There where 2 available and we could pick the one we liked the most! - the beds are very comfortable and the whole place is very clean.

Cons: - Not really anything, if I would have to say something, the room could be a bit more dark at night. But we chose this room with a big window ourself.

A wonderful stay in Stob

Pros: The stay with Peter was beyond our expectations . Everything was perfect - Peter is a great host , warn and welcoming, spending lots of time with his guests to make sure they have a great stay in the region . The rooms are super clean , large and have AC . The pool really is a plus in the heat of Summer . The location is perfect to visit Rila's monastery and hike in Rila's Natural Park .Peter also provides healthy and tasty meals . We could not have hoped for a better experience .

Lovely place

Pros: Very lovely hosts and lovely pool in nice garden. Lovely breakfast and dinner. We also tried the homemade raiki. This is one of the stays that make your holidays. Close to stob pyramids. We also visited the seven Rila lakes and the monestary.

Top location !

Pros: Top location when you want to visit the pyramids or Rila. The owner of the house Peter is very nice and it’s always fun to have discussion with him.

Magnificent Stay!

Pros: This is a gem. Petar and his son are such wonderful people, so friendly and helpful. The meals are delicious, especially Petar's tomatoes and cucumbers and his wife's baklava. The pool is refreshing. The room is super clean, set in grounds that are green and well maintained. . This is a very special place in Bulgaria. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Pros: Great house and very green and relaxing garden and swimming pool (looks better in real life than on the pictures), very friendly host who makes good food too. Would definitely come back.

Friendly host in quiet location.

Pros: A great location if you want to visit the nearby Rila monastery. There is also a nice walk through the village up to the Stob Pyramids. Our host Petar was extremely friendly and welcoming. He will cook basic dinner and breakfast for you at very reasonable prices - albeit limited choice [there don't appear to be any nearby cafes / restaurants]. The room and bathroom were good

Cons: Better quality pillows would have made this a 10/10.
