Pros: The host is very friendly and ensured we get everything needed, as discussed on the phone ahead of time. We had 2-3 extra requests and all of them were fulfilled ! Strong recommendation.

AMAZING

Pros: This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in Bulgaria - the house is absolutely amazing, super clean, cosy, very spacious. The house has absolutely everything you may need, it has a wonderful jacuzzi and sauna, has a huuuuuuge yard and is in a place where it is very calm and quiet! I was with a group of 8 people and we had an absolutely amazing weekend! The hosts are super nice people and we will be back for sure!

Pros: Great huge apartment, very well maintained. The owner is very nice and responsive by WhatsApp (although she speaks only Bulgarian and Russian) and her son (very friendly as well) is with her for translation. Good location, kitchen is equipped, lot of space for 8-10 people, huge yard, jacuzzi, sauna, really great value for the money. Perfect place for large family or group of friends. I highly recommend this place.

Cons: Some things to know: The fifth bedroom is next to the main apartment (we didn't need it, we were 8 persons). One of the bedrooms is on the second floor, steep stairs and very narrow bathroom, suitable mostly for kids (or using the toilet). No air condition, so it might get hot during the day (but mornings and nights are OK). The living room is very spacious, very bright, but not too many windows that can be opened. Some other minor things that can make your staying smoother (such as light next to the beds). That being said, the rate is still 10, and we'd love to come back.

Great location, beautiful views and cozy atmosphere!

Pros: The property was beautiful, lots of green spaces in the garden. Comfortable living area with well equipped kitchen. The jacuzzi was clean and warm, heating throughout the property, nice fireplace (wood was provided, which was great). Everything you need for a great stay!

Cons: Not a bad thing, but just for clarity- the fifth bedroom is actually in a separate building and not in the main house. There were some minor issues with the shower supports in some of the bathrooms. Nevertheless, would certainly stay again there!

Nice and cozy villa with amazing view and large green yard!

Pros: Large yard and Mountain View! Comfortable for 11-12 people groups! Big living room, tables and additional building in the yard for dining, fitting 20+ people.

Cons: No jacuzzi, but will be added this year

Pros: Престоят ни беше чудесен! Къщата за гости надмина очакванията ни – просторна, уютна и отлично поддържана, а огромният двор беше идеален за отдих и игри на открито Кухнята беше напълно оборудвана с всичко необходимо – от прибори и съдове до кафе машина и други удобства, което направи престоя още по-комфортен. Сауната и джакузито също бяха голям плюс и допринесоха за пълна релаксация. Горещо препоръчваме мястото и с удоволствие бихме се върнали отново!

We stayed for a long weekend and the hosie delivered everything we needed. Extremely peaceful with a beautiful view.

Pros: It was a great location. Easy drive to Bansko and other hiking areas.

Pros: Изключително функционална къща. Отлично оборудвана. Перфектна за празнуване на различни поводи от групи между 8 и 12 човека. В района няма други жилищни постройки и не се пречи на никого. Има денонощна бензиностанция, която се намира на пеша разстояние.
