Има какво да се желае спрямо цена и качество

Pros: Много учтив домакин и добро местоположение. Невероятна гледка и спокойствие. Много приятен двор с забавление за деца.

Cons: Материално техническата база има нужда от ремонт и освежаване. Вътрешната шумоизолация е почти нулева- всичко от втория етаж се чуваше на първия , включително ходенето по паркета.
