Great hotel, great value for money

Pros: Staff were so nice! And the cleaning lady was making our room so clean and organized every day!

We’ve had an awesome stay, great value for the money, super friendly staff, all recommendation!

Pros: The rooms were super clean, breakfast was amazing and the staff super friendly and kind! Location is pretty nice, its a calm neighborhood, about 10-15min walk from the center. There is a small parking across the street, we’ve parked there and had no trouble. They offer a shuttle bus directly from hotel to the gondola and back. They also have a room for ski equipment.

Pros: Very nice small hotel in Aneli, about 1 km from the railway station. Good room (air cooled), friendly and helpfull staff, very good breakfast.

An inspirational start of the New Year.

Pros: Тhe location is not far from the center and easily accessible. The staff is friendly and helpful. The dinner offered on the New Year's eve and night was really special concerning both the food and the drinks. The hotel had even ensured that a DJ takes good care of the music for the entire evening till late in the night.

Cons: Bathrooms are really small; they however are nicely equipped and clean.

Best place in Bansko

Pros: I really love the staff, they are very kind, helpful and polite, made me feel at home. The breakfast was so good with handmade food and variety. They also provided me transfer to the Gondola every day. The room has everything needed to have a pleasant stay. I definitely need to come back!

An amazing stay

Pros: Dani the head staff is excellent and welcoming. The bus that take you the square was great.

Cons: The minor details such as bath soap and etc. Nevertheless the absolute cleaning was more than enough

Fab family hotel offering great value accommodation

Pros: Friendly welcome. Value good vale for money . A great family run hotel. Although basic the price for our 3 night stay was incredibly cheap although it was out of ski season . Hotel was very clean and so was our bedroom . Breakfast was included and again great value for money !

Cons: There were a few things that was not fixed in the room. The rack for towels in the bathroom was not well nailed to the wall. The hairdryer did not work. The door was sagging, dropping and it took effort to close. the key lock could also be improved.

Very good hotel. No luxury, nothing fancy, great value

Pros: Very polite staff, super clean bedsheets and towels, very good view to the mountains

Pros: Good space, nice balcony, close to everything ( unfortunately everything was closed when we were there though), friendly and helpful staff

Cons: Few PowerPoints hanging from wall, seemed a tad dangerous, seems like it was a rush finish
