Lovely hotel in a quiet, beautiful setting

Pros: Best rooms ever! We had 3 Family rooms. Very large , spacious and well appointed. Beautiful, quiet location. 8 minutes Free minibus to and from the resort. Lovely staff. Nice, free spa. Good buffet breakfast. Great bar and even greater barman who was the best cocktail maker ever!

Cons: Lighting: Some of the movement sensors in the halls didn't come on so we had to walk in the dark for a while and wave our hands about to get them to come on.

It was a very good decision to celebrate the NYE at Euphoria Club Hotel.

Pros: The staff was friendly and approachable. The rooms are spacious and well heated. The New Year celebration at the restaurant was very well organised. The programme was varied and met the expectations. It was evident that the management had looked into the details when organising the event.

Great hotel with one exception (in our case).

Pros: Great hotel, excellent location if you coming with car.

Cons: The sofa which was supposed to be used as a bed for kids in the living room was very uncomfortable and noisy.Think about uncomfortable,it was even worse.

Clean and spacious hotel

Pros: Nice hotel, Clean and spacious. Staff very helpful and pleasant. My husband ended up on crutches. Staff cleared the icy paths and the twice we reported the lift not working, it was repaired very quickly. Reception and housekeeping staff very helpful. Restaurant staff looked after my GF needs exceptionally well, thank you. Need to warm dinner plates! Most buffet food was only just warm and plates were always cold. Out of the 3 buffets we had, one was very good. The one a-la-cart dinner we had was a disaster but they did reduce the cost. Regular, reliable mini bus but, with children I think it would be easier to stay in resort. Spa and swimming pool very good. New cues badly needed for the one pool table. Good children's room. Evening barman is excellent - wonderful cocktails!

Pros: Very good room, clean, good breakfast, polite staff

Cons: When I reserved via booking.com, there was info that spa facilities were included in the room price, but onsite they were not. They ask for an additional charge to use spa facilities (small pool, sauna, steam bath), explaining that the use of the new pool is included in the price.

Pros: Good modern hotel with variety of room options. Great staff who did everything they could to accommodate our needs.

Cons: Spa facilities need maintenance and improved management. Breakfast dishes need better warming.

Pros: Very good and new hotel away from the buzz of the main streets. Have been returning to this hotel for many years. Welcome change and improvement in breakfast options.

Cons: Spa needs better facilities and management. Breakfast hot dishes were mainly lukewarm at best.
