Pros: Well Priced. Basic enough which is what I expected. Room was warm with comfy beds. Breakfast was excellent for the price. Less than a 1km walk up hill, to the slopes. Easy walk home😃. Offer a great shuttle bus service.

Cons: A little bit short staffed for a busy breakfast. Staff doing their best.

Pros: The rooms were spacious and comfortable and had excellent view

Cons: The rooms could have been cleaner. Although there was a good variety of options for breakfast and dinner, the quality of the food was not very good.

Great value for money,

Pros: The hotel was great, warm, comfy, staff were nice. Food was pretty good. Considering this is a budget hotel it was far better than I thought it was going to be. If you're expecting fine dining and ultimate luxury you have to pay for it and we didn't. This hotel was very good value for money, I would recommend and would stay again. It's roughly a 15/20 min walk up to the ski slopes but the shuttle runs regularly morning and afternoon and we never waited more than 5/10 mins for it

Good friendly hotel in Borovets

Pros: The staff were very friendly and gave good tips on where to go. The buffet food for breakfast and dinner was good and there was a good selection and varied each day. The kids loved the games room and the swimming pool was good for a splash around. Sauna and steam room were a nice addition after a day of skiing. Location was perfect as only a 10 minute walk to the main slopes.

Cons: Our room wasn't ready for check in time. We were half board and were expecting some sort of drinks to be included with dinner, not just breakfast.

Everything was great. We will return for sure.

Pros: The location, the rooms, the food, everything was great.

Cons: The SPA can be improved. The pool is improvisation.

Pros: Place in the wood, 700m to gondola (hotel bus to gondola). Very nice food , big apartment, clean. Good for money.

Cons: Jakuzy is dearty, sauna not working only Turkish bath.

Pros: The food was excellent and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The size of the apartment was brilliant for a family of four. It was a little walk into town but only 15 minutes with a shuttle bus for before and after skiing. The shower was super hot and powerful.

Cons: The mattress was a little tired and uncomfortable.

Great Location

Pros: Great location for skiing. It was a few minutes walk from the slopes but they also offered a regular shuttle service which was great. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was a little limited but did the job. The rooms felt a little more dated than we expected but they were comfortable all the same. Only downside was I had hoped to use the gym but it opens at what I didn't think we're practical time 11am - 8pm. Essentially unavailable in the morning which is prime gym utilisation time and not open long enough for people who have been out most of the day. As such, I never got to see the gym
