Pros: Beautiful place , everything is amazing , staff very kind and helpful , food is plenty of choice and absolutely delicious , rooms are clean and so cosy , great attention to detail , everything is beautiful ♥️

A great hotel and well worth staying at just avoid the ski hire man and be careful in the pool area

Good times

Pros: First ski holiday, hotel was nice size, not overcrowded, relaxing and close enough to everything. All staff very welcoming and helpful Good variety of food for everyone

Cons: Only one slight disappointment, booked a massage on last day. Male massure had phone on which he answered on more than one occasion taking attention away & not very professional or relaxing. The female massure was very good though and would recommend.

A Great Base for your Ski Holiday

Pros: The property is well located next to the Gondola station and is a 5 min walk to the main ski area. The spa facilities are excellent, along with the on site ski depot. There is also a good selection of food at meal times.

Cons: The bedrooms were very warm and the AC didn’t really seem to work so you were resigned to having the windows open, which meant you were subject to noise from the local bars and people heading home after a night out.

Lovely hotel recently renovated, great spa and bar area

Pros: Great location, few mins from Gondola and 5 min walk to Rila slopes. Lovely bar area and spa.

Cons: As a family of 4 we booked 2 rooms and were placed on different floors so that was our only negative

Good, but it could be even better

Pros: I liked that it is well located, atmosphere in the lobby is pleasant,room and spa area

Cons: The pool had a substance that irritated the eyes .The ski storage should provide free boot dryers for all guests.The heating system in the room was quite noisy, and I had to use earplugs all nighs.

Pros: Newly refurbished hotel, very cosy and warm, staff very helpful, great food and spa area. We had amazing time in Ela. Highly recommended.

Cons: Rooms are only cleaned if requested and only towels and bins.

A nice winter holiday in Borovets

Pros: We had a great winter holiday in Park Hotel Ela. The staff was incredibly friendly and nice to us, the location is very close to the gondola and the food was very nice. The rooms are clean and warm (maybe a little warmer than we wanted) and the bed is big and comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our time there.

Cons: The only thing we didn’t like was that the walls are thin so we were hearing every time someone passed through the corridor.
