Great and luxuruious escape in the Rhodope mountains

Pros: Great hotel with many amenities. We liked both swimming pools, the breakfast and the service!

Cons: As an improvement, I'd suggest the cleaning person to also leave fresh bottles of water and tea bags/coffee if they've been used up.

My stay was comfortable and met all expectations.

Pros: I had a pleasant stay at this property. The room was clean, the amenities were as described, and the check-in process was smooth. The location was convenient and overall it met my expectations.

Cons: Lovely stay — would happily return.

Excellent

Pros: Everything is brand new. Big and modern spa centre, cozy and big room. Food was great

Pros: Spacious rooms, excellent service, and food. The staff are always responsive and amiable. Wonderful breakfast. Very good restaurant with fresh and tasty food.

Pros: Nice spa, restaurant, and overall experience. Great value for money. The spa is decently sized, and there are a lot of amenities. The water in the pools was warm. Massages are great. The restaurant has very welcoming and competent staff, offer interesting options and unlike some other reviews, everything was great and tasty. Breakfast is top.

Cons: The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The spa zone has only one jacuzzi, which is not enough. Not the most comfortable beds.

Pros: Restaurant was quite good. Plenty of choice at breakfast - above and beyond. Room size was very comfortable. Spa was nice and I enjoyed the massage.

Cons: It was disappointing to see no initiative to reduce environmental impact - not even recycling facilities, let alone eliminating plastic packaging or reducing energy use.

Good, but not great

Pros: Spacious and clean rooms, great breakfast, comfortable beds, complementary water, fruits and wine.

Cons: The water in the indoors swimming pool was too cold. The same goes for the water in the so called aqua park, which in essence has just 2 slides for bigger children and a few for smaller ones. It was sometimes challenging to find a free parking space around the hotel.

Nice stay, whatsoever!

Pros: Breakfast was great! Service in restaurant was great too!

Cons: Pool services were disappointing- jacuzzi was out of order and staff couldn't fix it for 3 days, children used the adults pool for jumping, splashing water all over, even though there is a children’s pool. The last day of our stay, there was a little boy with an inflatable belt in the jacuzzi, making it unusable by other guests, whilst parents were enjoying a swim in the pool, undisturbed and pool attendant seemed to be undisturbed. It is not really appreciated since this is an appointed SPA area, rather than children’s playground area. Another very surprising issue was, that there was a kettle in the room and 2 packs of instant coffee for one day. When I reported to reception that they missed to supply coffee the following day, they explained, that coffee had been a compliment!!!!, which took me really out of words. It has never occurred to me, that a 5* SPA resort will offer just one morning packed instant coffee, which is such an insignificant cost, but is expected by customers!
