Pros: Nice,clean, good breakfast and dinner. Comfy rooms and beds

Cons: During winter there is no big swimming pool option

An unexpected gem

Pros: One of the few places recently that did not disappoint in any way. The spa was good, and the food was delicious. Overall the place is totally cool!

Cons: The parking is kind of small, and bad parking is tolerated, so 1 car often takes 2 spaces at a single time.

Pros: Beds and pillows, food, room in general. Everything inside the hotel is really nice, also the indoor pool, sauna etc.

Cons: The infrastructure outside (kids pool and slides) could use a lick of paint, pool beds could be nicer (basic white plastic) and general feel of the pools outside is below standard in comparison to the inside amenities of the hotel.

Pros: Great complex, very good SPA facilities and clean spa area, great service and delicious food with couple of exceptions. We will be back for sure.

Cons: Few minor things that only those who work in hospitality will detect but overall great place.

Amazing place to have a SPA vacation.

Pros: 3N restaurant was so clean, spacious and well organised. The menu was very rich. Staff was very friendly. SPA centre has various facilities and water was hot.

Cons: The prices of the drinks are expensive, specially the water. Pool is a bit small. Everything else is perfect.

Pros: Modern, stylish place, polite personnel, good food, good spa.

Cons: Cups & glasses need to be washed and beds made when the cleaning tag is hung on the door. Yogurt supplier must be changed - all yoghurt foods & drinks tasted like chalk. Water in the rooms was not warm in the evenings just before dinner.

Pros: Friendly and welcoming personnel, clean neat rooms, great view towards the inner space of the complex. Variety of pools and kids' entertainment. Great breakfast

Pros: Възможността за различен вид вечеря по сет-меню. Удобна стая, чудесна СПА-зона (с възможност за ползване до късно). Красиво място и природа. Любезен и отзивчив персонал.

Cons: Липсата на адекватна аспирация в ресторанта за закуска, водещо до придобиване на мирис на пържено на дрехите. Препоръка за добавяне на релаксираща музика за фон в СПА-зоната.

Отличен

Pros: Стаите са широки, с удобни легла и всичко необходимо за добро изживяване. Базара е с добро разположение - има топла връзка до Спа зоната отвсякъде. Храната беше много вкусна , закуската обилна и с всичко необходимо. За вечеря имаше много интересни и оригинални предложения, приготвени също отлично и с вкус към детайлите.

Cons: В Спа зоната беше малко тясно за всички гости на хотела (той беше пълен на 100%, така че това е оправдано), но въпреки това изживяването беше отлично.

Релакс

Pros: Хотела е много хубав.Мястото е чудесно .Любезен персонал. Спа центъра е на ниво.

Cons: Вътрешния басейн е много малък.
