Two days of full relax
Pros: The staff is very polite and ready to help. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. The SPA area is good. I would definitely recommend massages.
Cons: There are no sockets by the beds. The breakfast could be improved.

Pros: Nice SPA, great view of the room. The food was good The fireplace in the common area was very nice
Cons: it was very hot in the room and it was difficult to work with the airconditioner. There were no slippers for the guests It would be great if the SPA area works a little bit longer - until at least 20 h or to open earlier.

A hotel that you put on the list of places you always want to visit.
Pros: The hotel has all the amenities that allow you to relax, enjoy fun activities, and rest. Mineral water pools, spa center, fitness room, billiards, bowling alley. The staff is unobtrusively helpful, extremely polite and always available. The food is excellent. Compliments to the chef. The excellent location just 7 km from Bansko and 45 minutes drive to Gotse Delcev, as well as the proximity to beautiful ski trails, the forest, springs with mineral water, the center of Dobrenishte, the waterfalls of St. Nikola and many more places to explore, makes this hotel the right choice for a vacation. Hygiene is at a high level. Bathrobes are provided for the pools and the spa.

Definitely recommending to stay here!
Pros: The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We stayed at the chalet next to the hotel, which is great for a couple-we really liked the privacy that came with it as well as the delicious meals just on a minute walk to the restaurant. The SPA center was really nice. There weren't many people so we really relaxed. We would definitely visit again

Pleasant and relaxing place that makes you want to come back.
Pros: The spa facilities (sauna, steam bath, swimming pool) are very good. Moreover there is a playground for football and tennis. The complex is very spacious and offers great opportunities for outdoor activities.
Cons: There’s nothing to complain about.

Препоръки за хотел Орбел!
Pros: За втори път посещавам хотел Орбел. Харесва ми, че е уютно, стилно и топло. Хотелът си запазва стандарта на четири звезди и качеството на услугата не е занижено. За удобство на скиорите се предлага безплатно извозване до пистите на Добринище и Банско, което е много удобно. Спа центърът също е много приятен, осэбено басейна и джокузито с минерална вода! Бих отседнала в хотела отново с удоволствие.
Cons: Не ми хареса, че беше много пълен и посетителите бяха доста шумни и с невъзпитани деца. Може по някакъв начин да се осигури по- голямо спокойствие, чрез табели за тишина, напомняне от персонала и други неща.

Сняг, СПА и ски :)
Pros: Хотелът е с чудесно местоположение. Осигурява спокойствие. Къщичката, в която бяхме настанени беше идеална за нашето семейство. Има тераса с прекрасен изглед към планината. Едната вечер спря тока заради обилен снеговалеж. Въпреки това имаше топла вечеря и персоналът се държа много спокойно.
Cons: Единственото, което не ми хареса, беше, че в банята на къщичката няма отопление. Но поради факта, че всичко друго беше чудесно, това не развали цялостния ни престой.

Един прекрасен уикенд
Pros: Всичко в хотела беше страхотно! Персонала усмихнат и любезен,храната беше много богата и хубава,басейните чисти и хубави.Всичко много ни хареса.
