Pros: Excellent hotel which was clean and well cared for. Staff were very competent and helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Evening meal and breakfast were both fantastic.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Pros: Lovely restaurant, easy to park, comfortable beds in modern hotel facility. We were mainly there to get great mattresses and an excellent meal after hiking, since most older style accommodation in Karlovo may not have such good mattresses or you may have to head further afield to eat dinner, and Terra Rosa definitely lived up to expectations on both mattresses and dining.

Cons: It was no problem for us, but travellers with mobility issues should be aware rooms are upstairs.

Pros: Clean modern and well set up. Lovely breakfasts. The staff were all friendly and the grounds and outside space would be brilliant to use if it wasn't raining!

Cons: My room was above the kids playground which on most nights had kids left unattended playing while their parents enjoyed dinner. So it was noisey till midnight.

Pros: Restaurant is awesome. Nice small park. Playground for children. Aircon roo.s

Cons: No choice at the breakfast.

Pros: Very good food, perfect dinner and breakfast. Very clean, good value for money. Friendly staff that is ready to help

Cons: Location is not in the city you need a car, all other was perfect

The hotel is not in the center, but it is relatively close to the train station with a wonderful view of the mountains.

Pros: A beautiful hotel, comfortable and clean rooms, a wonderful terrace with excellent cuisine. I was here with my family with small children, and we all felt very good here. I want to thank Mrs. Svetlana very much, who was very helpful, gave us tips for trips, and also helped us with transportation. We applaud, this is how tourism should be done. Thank you.

Pros: Very well maintained hotel, modern facilities, comfortable beds and set up, cozy restaurant with tasty food and above expectations service by friendly staff. Perfect place for family and company parties (birthday celebrations, weddings, team building sessions and etc). The large hotel free parking lot is a big advantage. Last, but not least that owners are personally dedicated and involved to provide to provide excellent service.

Cons: There is always room for improvement, but I couldn’t find anything that could lead / or worth to complain.

Nice hotel

Pros: Really nice and clean rooms. The hotel has its own restaurant which is really good. The staff is really friendly. The beds are comfortable. It has free parking. The view from the restaurant is stunning. I loved the toiletries dispensers in the bathroom! Finally a hotel which has everything you need but not in separate bottles and packs which they throw after each guest.

Cons: There weren't enough hangers or wardrobes in the rooms. It would be more convenient. There was an air conditioner but even on 10 degrees it did nothing.

Pros: Everything was great! The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and the food in the restaurant was delicious! I recommend this place to everyone!
