Pros: The staff were really helpful and friendly, they are the once making the place The room was quite big and really really warm Tasty food and a lot of choices for breakfast and dinner

Cons: Really really small restaurant, it can’t accommodate all the guests

Cons: The spa opens at noon, which is a bit unfortunate, but the sauna and steam room were great, despite being a bit petite.

Overall, the stay was acceptable, but several service and comfort issues prevent it from being a truly pleasant experien

Pros: Breakfast and dinner were generally good. However, the restaurant area is quite crowded and narrow. It would also be helpful if the dishes were labeled in English. The hotel is located about 2 km away from the ski center. They provide transportation with an older vehicle upon request. However, the vehicle is very dirty and poorly maintained.

Cons: The hotel staff generally appear quite unsmiling, and most do not speak even basic English, which is not suitable for a touristic facility. However, the two ladies at the reception speak English and genuinely try to help with everything.

Amazing

Pros: Food was amazing very tasty. We looked forward to evening meal every night. Lots of salads, meats, vegetables, potatoes and deserts. Breakfast was very good as well. Lots of choice and Nescafé coffee machine. The room was spacious and had a fridge which is important for me. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Amazing view and the staff couldn’t do enough to help. The spa facilities were good and the pool was warm.

Cons: Nothing. Definitely going back for Xmas for skiing.

Very good value for money!!

Pros: Breakfast was repeating every 2 days, for dinner you had plenty to choose from. Good deserts, fruits. Very friendly shuttle bus driver, but his car was very poor.

We felt welcomed

Pros: We enjoyed our stay which coincided with the New Year’s Eve. The food was great, the rooms were warm and the staff was on point.

Cons: Unfortunately it’s not ski-to-door. The play room for kids could be cleaner.

Pros: The hotel fully deserves its name - the view of the Rhodope Mountains is incredible. It has a warm and cozy atmosphere, the staff makes every guest feel special, and the food is delicious and varied. For several years now, we have been consistent guests at Bellevue Ski & Relax and we eagerly await our next visit.
