Pros: Excellent place located in the heart of the forest. We are returning guests, and the experience remains top-notch. It’s very quiet, peaceful, and the staff is always ready to help. If you love stargazing, this is the place to be—the night sky here is stunning. We will definitely be back!

It was very nice my stay in Elitza Hotel!

Pros: Very nice staff, close to gondola about 1.3 km It is a very nice view from the hotel or balcony If you ask for coffee it costs only 3 Leva, that is 1.5 euro Many types of tea and a good breakfast and also a good dinner!

Cons: I don't have any major suggestions, except that they could offer coffee during breakfast and one drink or just water during dinner!

Pros: The location was very nice if you want something more quiet, close to Pamporovo Ski Resort, yet also in a bit more remote location. Need a car for sure though. Nice old-style rooms, traditional Bulgarian.
