One of good choices during the festival

Pros: The hotel went extra miles for me to receive the delivery before my arrival. Since the festival the hotel was chaotic but they tried the best to manage the crowd.

Cons: Room is not the latest but given proximity to the festival area and traveling with a child it was nice choice. Also you can shop foods and cloths from the shopping complex next to the hotel.

Comfortable

Pros: The location near to a festival site, the large size of room, the comfort of the bed, the level of heating, the quietness of the air conditioner. The kettle was very useful

Perfect for a business trip to Pernik.

Pros: A nice Hotel, the interior is a bit old but everything super clean. The restaurant which is at the hotel is also very recommendable- service is good and good as well.

Cons: The shower has no contain or glass wall - so the water is after showering every where.

Pros: Really old school hotel, with facilities remember 90. Just me and my partner like places with history. Good price, friendly staff, really close to the center of Pernik.

Loved and all down to the staff

Pros: We came for Surva Festival and lucky to spend two nights here. The staff were excellent. Went above and beyond to assist us. We are from the UK. This includes booking taxis to Sofia airport.

Ideal for Surva

Pros: Location is perfect for access to the villages celebrating Surva (13-14th January). The room was warm despite the sub-zero temperatures outside. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is in a modern style, serving pizzas and Bulgarian food.

Cons: The vegetarian pizza had ham in it! As we are omnivores, that was just funny. But you may wish to check carefully before diving in.

Clean and comfortable

Pros: Had a one night stay at top floor suite with jacuzzi, family of 4. Clean and comfortable. Had a room service from restaurant downstairs, great food and service. Very Polite reception staff. An option to book a breakfast buffet in the morning- food was good and fresh. Would return again when in the city
