Excellent

Pros: The location is excellent, no far from the city center and easy access by car. Had not enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons: I am very grateful to the staff, because I had forget my phone at the diner Vienna restaurant. The waitress was taken care and she had kept it and returned it to me the next day at the reception desk. Thank you!

Best option in Plovdiv without hesitation

Pros: The hotel is close to everywhere Although it is very big you dont feel the crowd. The breakfast was marvelous. They also made us some nice compliments. The spa center with a big pool is an asset also The P/V of hotel was one of the best as i ever find in booking

Cons: nothing was bad the door of the room was closing loud and i just reminded the staff

Pros: Fab location near the river and shops and banks. Happy restaurant nearby was excellent.

Good, comfortable and value for money hotel for Plovdiv new and old towns with good, free parking.

Pros: Value for money, with a surprise room upgrade. Perfect location for Plovdiv new and old town. Great free parking.

Cons: For such a ‘grand’ hotel the spa facilities are dated. We should have paid extra for the spa, however with the room upgrade we didn’t have to. Evening meal isn’t available at the hotel - although there is a Happy Grill attached. Would recommend pre-booking though.

Pros: Lovely hotel. It has everything you need. The staff were very helpful with everything. The rooms were spacious and well equiped with everything. It was very clean and there were extra towels. The beds were extra large and very comfortable. The breakfast was great.

Cons: The pool was a bit cold. The water was on the cooler side but also the temperature in the pool area was cold. The lifeguard kept opening the big sliding doors and a drift would come in from the outside.

Perfect Location and Comfortable Rooms not for Spa

Pros: Location, rooms were clean and comfortable, polite staff and reception . Huge variety for breakfast lovers .

Cons: Extremely small Spa area, half of the spa Area were lockers and showers , so spacious area should have more and larger facilities . We were on the bench waiting for our turn to come in order to have a “ cool “ steam bath and crowded tiny sauna . Completely disappointed from the Spa area . If you only want to swim the pool was quite big and comfortable .
