Super!

Pros: Excellent hotel, we’re staying here not for the first time. Clean. Comfortable bed and pleasant bed linen. The host is friendly, ready to help and answer all questions. Parking is nearby.

Truly a fantastic hotel!

Pros: Exceptionally clean, stylishly furnished, and equipped with every comfort, in a very convenient location right in the city centre. The staff are kind and very responsive, always ready to help the guests. Parking spaces are provided for guests at a nearby parking lot with continuous video surveillance. When we arrived late and used the self-check-in option, we received extremely clear and precise instructions — unlike some other experiences we’ve had. Congratulations and many thanks to the hotel owner, Mr Hristo Gyulev!

Cons: Everything was perfect — there was nothing to dislike.

Pros: Excellent hotel ! Great staff, great communication with the owner for our check-in and arrival time. The breakfast is perfect. Room is clean and constantly cleaned by the staff. Really close to the city centre (10 minutes walk). Also parking place is available. I’m really satisfied ! Couldn’t recommend it more!

Pros: Wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless and the rooms beautifully prepared, but what truly made the experience special was the staff. Their professionalism and genuine kindness stood out the most and made me feel very welcome. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Great hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very modern and beautifully decorated.

Cons: It is pet friendly which is fine but it sounded like there was a huge dog in one of the rooms that was left unattended as it barked late into the night.
