it was a lovely stay with friendly staff

Pros: the hotel is close by to the centre and looked exactly like how it was advertised. The staff was friendly and always communicated with us.

A good room for 1 night in transit.

Pros: We booked a room at the Bistritsa hotel only for one night, in transit to the Greece. The room was nice, clean and adequate for us. The hotel is near the park in Sandanski, very close to the cental area.

Cons: I called to the number of the hotel that I received from Booking, it was very difficult to communicate with the other person. At the end we waited in front of the building, a lady come and showed us the room. This lady did not speak at all English and she couldn't take the money for the room using our card (which was ok in all the other situations). We had to change some euros in leva to pay.

Pros: Είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο. Με το πάρκιν υπάρχει μία δυσκολία, αλλά μας βοήθησαν οι άνθρωποι του ξενοδοχείου και βρήκαμε. Για τα χρήματα του είναι μία χαρά.

Pros: Много приятна обстановка недалеч от центъра, апартаментът е уютен и навсякъде беше много чисто, хазяинът е много мил и отзивчив, готов да помогне във всичко, силно препоръчвам
