Very nice experience

Pros: Excellent breakfast! Clean. VERY polite staff. Excellent location.

Cons: Some SPA facilities require extra charge (salty room, jacuzzi). The prayer from the musk loudspeakers early in the morning.

Excellent value for money.

Pros: The first day (Sunday) the breakfast was buffet style with some traditional delicacies. The next morning there was no buffet but you could order from a menu. Very decent! Difficult to communicate in english but the staff was very helpful.

Cons: The mattresses were a bit on the hard side!

good choise for Dospat area

Pros: Very nice hotel , clean and friendly staff . also restaurant is good food. breakfast was pretty well. definetly suggested for Dospat area

Breathtaking views. Very clean and well maintained properly. Delicious food.

Pros: Good location, very stylish rooms, very clean. The view towards the mountain and the dam are breath taking. Good food at the restaurant. Staff very friendly and polite. Available free parking slot.

Cons: The hotel is just next to the mosque and there was a pray around 4.30 am.

The unbelievable nature beauty makes everything worth it.

Pros: Location is good; the surrounding nature, the peoples’ attitude and calmness is fantastic; the peace is priceless; the staff is extremely friendly and well trained, especially in the restaurant; the food is fantastic when the main chef is there.

Cons: No AC; the room is very tiny and injuries happen from hitting against the bed frame while walking; the pool is shallow and swimming isn’t allowed; the breakfast variety is not too good; not enough comfort for the price.

Pros: Staff are very friendly and speak English, very clean rooms, excellent interior design, SPA is small but clean and swimming pool is heated. Even though the hotel is right next to a mosque, the early morning prayer call was very quiet, and we didn't even hear it.

Pros: Хубава закуска, на място приготвена. Любезен персонал, добре са обучени. Приличен ресторант. Басейнът ставаше, макар и да е малко плитък (от 0.9м до 1.1м и 1.3м). Платеният масаж е хубав, малко ми се струваше завишена цената. В близост до хотела на 4-5 минути с кола има екопътека Сърница Ай, приятна за разходки. Стаята се почиства след като заявиш на рецепция, което е ок, бях чел и в предишни коментари за това. За това с джамията е така както са писали останалите, но поне за мене не беше проблем.

Cons: Сауната беше на 70 градуса, можеше малко повече да е затоплена.

Хотела е супер чист и топъл закуската страхотна персонала любезен всичко беше страхотно!

Pros: Хотела беше много чист топъл и басеина и закуската всичко беше топ сто процента пак ще го посетим защото много ни хареса и персонала се държа любезно и въспитано всичко е ок

Pros: Прекрасно място за бягство от града. Хотела е много добре поддържан, в стаята имаше всичко необходимо, а от обслужването и храната в ресторанта останахме много доволни.

Изключителна чистота , невероятно обслужване.

Pros: Закуската и изцяло храната в ресторанта беше чудесна. Обслужването беше невороятно, изключително любезен и усмихнат персонал.Хотела се намира в центъра на градчето, на пешеходно разстояние е язовир Доспат.

Cons: Леглото е много неудобно ,скърца ужасно при елементарно движение.
