Amzing place

Pros: Amazing place. Spacious, warm and clean rooms. Clean spa with many sunbeds. Friendly service always willing to help. Stylish interior, bringing coziness. I don't think I've ever had better food than here - locally produced from their farm and all dishes were very well prepared.

Beautiful location, attentive staff and delicious food.

Pros: Our room was reasonably spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The relaxation/ spa area was somewhat small, but never felt cramped. It was evident that the hotel was designed with great care. It offers a perfect blend of traditional Bulgarian design and modern convenience.

Cons: It would be nice to extend the breakfast hours a bit to accommodate people who like sleeping in a bit during their holidays.

Nice stay, can recommend

Pros: - Nice architecture, comfortable rooms, good food - Big SPA area - Nice view

Cons: - The outside pool was supposed to be open as of 1st June but it was still empty. Even when we asked the staff about it, they said it will not work - without any proper reason. Weather was over 30 degrees - There was a noisy team building event taking place at the hotel. I expect to inform the guests in advance about this but we weren’t. - The steam bath needs better maintenance as there is mold inside.

Pros: Outstanding view. Comfortable room with perfect bes and awesome terrace. Food was delicious with big portions. Perfect traditional breakfast.
