Bright and super clean room

Pros: Room was very clean, quiet, bathroom was very clean with hot water,bed comfortable.

Cons: Air conditioner was placed on 25° which become too bad during the night . I could degrees it so I had to switch off electricity in entire room!

Pros: The room was big and very comfortable. Reception staff were kind and helpful when needed.

Cons: The only thing why I don't give a 10/10 was that the restaurant was closed due to Holidays. I mean, I understand the reason, not complaining about it, but finding something to eat was harsh.

Pros: Great value modern. English spoken by reception staff. Nice restaurant for evening meal. Clean room.

Cons: No cups or drinking water in the room even though there was a kettle. The entrance track was a bit tricky to find.

Pros: Room is big enough for 3 persons a/c not cooling the mattress is good so fair

Cons: The area of the hotel is not that nice but overall is good, Breakfast was good but who is like me that like a piece of cake with a cup of coffee no choice and the only cake available it wasn't good.

Pros: I've stayed here before and I'll stay again, it's probably the best value for money that you can find in the centre of Sofia! Also, an important factor for me is that it has parking.

Cons: This time I was given a room built for handicapped people and it wasn't as pleasant as pervious rooms that I have stayed in.
