Heaven in Sofia ❤️

Pros: Everything! Th Female receptionist was really sweet and kind. The breakfast was good. Room was Really tidy and had everything one can ask for. The view from the balcony ❤️ Location of the property was also nice.

Comfortable Stay with Great Service

Pros: I had an excellent stay at Geneva Hotel Sofia! The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were ok, clean, and well-equipped, providing a very comfortable experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to the city center while still being in a quiet area. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sofia – great service, great comfort, and great value!

Cons: However, there were two downsides: the room was extremely warm, and we had to turn off the heating and open the windows to cool it down. Also, the gym could use some maintenance, as it felt a bit neglected. Despite these issues, I would still recommend the hotel for its comfort and service.

Really great and clean hotel with friendly staff

Pros: This hotel has exceeded my expectations. After a flight, it was so nice to get into a nice and super clean room. The balcony was also super large with a nice Mountain view. The breakfast was amazing. Thanks a lot

Pros: Very comfortable and beautiful place. Staff at the reception was very polite and helped us with taxi needed.

Cons: I have planned to have food at restaurant, but it was closed. Staff provided a really good restaurant in a very close location, so everything was fine at the end.

Pros: Good location for transit for Greece. Direct tram to city center. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: The air condition unit should be checked and clean the filters. They were full of dust.

Pros: Staff very friendly, he helped me with the parking in the undergroud, good breakfast, room was very clean, peacefull by night. The receptionist helped me with a very good dinner recommendation at Hasienda. P.S. The bed was amazing!!!
