Bulgaria 🇧🇬

Pros: The hotel is great. Place is nice, food is good, a bit exoensive but it is mostly worth it.

Cons: Only issue we had was that people put they towels around the pool to reserve a lounge chair and never use it. We were in the pool for 1h and barely 10 people were sitting on 40 chairs and noone came to pick up a towel.

Pros: Spacy apartment, comfortable beds, clean, nice pool and spa area. Delicious food.

Cons: The hotel is located outside of the city. There are only 1 bedroom apartments, so for a family of 5 it can be a challenge to be accommodated together.

For the money someone is paying the service should be better. Only The reception team was excellent, friendly and helpfu

Pros: Great hotel. The view is amazing. Close to town pravets (30min) slow walk. The breakfast is great.

Cons: If you have a room facing the car park you will often hear someone’s car alarm going off which is annoying. Our room wasn’t clean properly. After having room service the following day would not be cleared or the coffee station would not be refilled. I had to ask this to be done. The bar service is super slow. And seems like most of the staff have no idea what they are serving in terms of alcohol.

Cons: The SPA area was colder than it has to be, the pool also, even that the hotel was full. The room was also cold.

Great place for a family getaway

Pros: Overall great place for a family holiday, I’ve been there many times and our entire family loves it always! Overall view/atmosphere, spa facilities and food are highlights for me!

Cons: No real comments for the stay, I’ve experienced very minor negatives in the past but I believe it’s all taken care of quite rapidly.

Really comfortable hotel with large rooms and excellent pools and spa.

Pros: The pools are excellent, our two-year old daughter loved the warm kid pool. The food is good, especially breakfast and the rooms are a really nice size.

Cons: The quality and selection of main dishes and sides at dinner (in Mercado) could have been a bit better. The juice bar next to the pool area is really expensive for the value and quality of products offered.

Perfect holiday

Pros: Everything. It was absolutely perfect. The room, the shower, the lake view, breakfast and dinner, the bar menu. The staff was lovely and the beds were probably the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. We didn't use the pool and spa but went for a visit and it also looked great. I do recommend booking the half board and not just breakfast, as it's a buffet with a lot of options for kids and vegetarians (even some vegan options).

Cons: The smallest thing - the toilet paper could be softer :)
