Beautiful vacation in the Pirin Mountains

Pros: The Pirin Golf complex is superb, with dreamlike landscapes in a fairytale natural setting. Cleanliness in the complex, impeccably maintained green spaces, peace and enchanting nature. Spacious, bright, comfortable accommodation with unforgettable views.

Cons: The management of the accommodation unit is deficient. No staff comes to check before welcoming new guests if everything is in order as promised on the website, to check if the facilities, equipment really exist, and if everything is functional. The cleaning is done superficially, dirty windows, leftover food not thrown away. We had to buy garbage bags for waste. Although I asked them not to give me more than 20 degrees of heat in the accommodation unit, I found 28 degrees. I was told that they have an espresso machine with Nespresso capsules in the unit and in fact there is none. The maintenance man, the one who deals with the heating, enters the accommodation unit without announcing it, to maintain the fire in the central heating. The check-in was done after we left many messages to clarify how to get to the accommodation. I felt the lack of hospitality, the fact that you have no one to communicate with since the staff doesn't know a word of English.
