Nice ski holiday

Pros: The hoyel is very nice and comfortable. The staff are nice and politely. In case you need something everybody is ready to help you. The food is very good. The indoor pool is a bit small, but it answered our needs. It was very clean and warm. Very good value for money.

Cons: The only disadvantage is the lack of warm connection between the buildings and the furniture needs refreshnent. The rooms are very clean, but a bit outdated.

Pros: The breakfast exceeded my expectations! The hotel is very nice, there is a really beautiful view, we liked the spa zone too!! I am satisfied with my stay and I would recommend. It is great value for the price!

I am glad that we stayed at this hotel.

Pros: I loved that our apartment was so spacious and had everything we needed, it was clean too.

Cons: The location was kind of annoying for travelling to Bansko and back.

Maybe would come again in spring or summer, but definitely not in winter as there is no warm walkway to get to the spa.

Pros: Clean room, nice yard, great outdoor pool. Friendly staff but they sometimes looked a little tired. Very cheap food.

Cons: We had no electricity in one of the outlets near the bed, and also one of the steambaths did not work, as well as the jacuzzi in the big pool.
