Pirin Golf & Country Club Apartment Complex

Pros: The lady who was working at the restaurant was so thoughtful for all the costumers and in general all the hotel staff was super helpful.

Cons: The dark lighting in some areas of the hotel. Together with the fog on the mountains you think you are in a Scandinavian horror film.

A home away from home

Pros: I loved that the property had everything, different restaurants, bars , shops, spa etc there is so much to do all in one location! The food was amazing and the staff was great. I would definitely recommend for a ski holiday or golf holiday.

Cons: The property is a bit dated…housekeeping services were not good at all. The housekeeper barely did any cleaning or tidying up of our room, the carpet needed to be hovered, the bed wasn’t done- all that was done was towel refresh.

Nice stay with a great spa

Pros: Beautiful rustic design with wood and stone. The resort area is clean and nicely lit in the evening. Good location with a supermarket across the road, plus a pub and pizzeria nearby. Free shuttle to Bansko and the ski area. The spa was excellent – indoor and heated outdoor pools, saunas, and affordable massages. Our apartment was close to the spa, which was very convenient.

Cons: Breakfast was basic, with no milk alternatives and extra charge for cappuccino. No cleaning supplies in the apartment and no room cleaning during the stay. The gym costs extra. Minor technical issue in the room and lack of bedside lighting. We also had an uncomfortable experience with one staff member due to his personal political opinions, which should not affect guests.

Great

Pros: The staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help, making guests feel welcome from the very first moment. The facilities are impressive, especially the spa and wellness area, which provides the perfect place to unwind after a day of activities.

Amazing place and is good just to be there. Staff are excellent. Very nice and helpful.

Pros: Spa was nice and the view from our apt was amazing.

Cons: The toilets are so small in the apt that we rented. I don't know how can you put a big sink and a bathtub in such a small place. I wonder how the architect graduate.

Pros: Everything was wonderful. Our room was spacious and very well equipped. The hotel itself was very comfortable and warmly heated. We thoroughly enjoyed our all-inclusive stay! The meals included in the package were excellent, with a wide selection and great variety of food. We had our drinks in the main café area, and there were playgrounds for the children, which allowed us to relax. We visited the spa and took pleasant walks around the complex. There was no noise around the hotel, so we were able to rest well. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Room was heated well and clean, with good internet connection and hot water all the time. We would definitely return again! Note: we visited a bit out of season so there was not a lot of people around.

Cons: there was nothing that stood out as not to liked. the complex itself is well run and maintained.

Pros: Very nice hotel located in the beautiful place! Outstanding spa atmosphere, super Balkan kitchen and very rich breakfasts in the morning. Very nice personnel, looks like from different Asian countries. We were 5 and stayed in the independent villa. In general, great combination pricing and quality!

Cons: In our villa we found several spiders in different, and for our ladies it was not comfortable. Perhaps, the cleaning service of the hotel should be properly instructed to get rid of spiders and other local insects from the rooms and villas right before tourist’s arriving!

Very relaxing stay

Pros: Food was excellent. I liked that you could select from several different restaurants or the buffet at the hotel. The SPA center was closed for renovation when we attended, so options were limited, but still sufficed. Outdoor pools are stone-paved, while the indoor one is with salt water. The staff were amazing and the attention to customers was worthy of a five-star hotel.

Cons: The complex could certainly benefit from some renovation, particularly the common areas. I give it to them that they started renovating the SPA center.

Perfect value for money! Amazing cuisine and kind personnel. Nice Spa zone and many pools around the coplex.

Pros: Perfect location, nice for walking around the complex, many playgrounds for kids, amazing food and nice all-inclusive package. Top value for money bundle!

Cons: There were quite a few cons about the property (Pirin 1, building A): - it is 5min outside walking from the restaurant so during bad weather it would be bad experience - there was no internet although we reported about the issue - there was no daily room cleaning and change of towels

Pros: One of the best places we've been. Nice warm swimming pools. Quiet and very beautiful nature perfect for families with kids. Delicious food. Excellent service. We'll visit it again for sure.

Cons: The fitness centre is not included in the all-inclusive program.
