Our first skiing holiday and this apartment was perfect.

Pros: Lovely apartment in a nice quiet area. Loved the spa. The hosts are amazing and respond very quickly. We couldn’t find the spa card when we got there messaged the hosts and a new card was at reception within an hour. Would highly recommend this property. 5-10 minute walk to the restaurants/bars and 15 minute walk to the gondola. We will be back.

Pros: The room was excellent,view was great, facilities awesome, location good with vehicle 😃

Cons: The only thing i didn't like was the smell in the building 401 of the apartment.🥲 Although, the room had a refreshing smell.😄

Quiet and peaceful place slightly outside of centre, convenient to enjoy the nature.

Pros: Quiet place, well located to reach by car the centre of the city, supermarkets and different parts of the mountain for hikes.

Cons: Equipment was not optimal (e.g., no dish rack, no kitchen towels, the cooker hood not working). We stayed for six nights, the only service we got was a single change of towels in bathroom. We had access to the spa included, but when checking in nobody explained to us how to access and make use of it.

Pros: Everything was excellent. Great large apartment, fully equipped with the best location. The second time we booked, the owner is nice person and very polite. The spa is very good. We will come here again for sure.

Perfect apartment with spa access

Pros: This is a very good apartment for a family of 4 and having access to the spa in the hotel makes it perfect. It is clean with all the facilities in a very nice neighborhood. You can park your car on the street without any issues. Please note that the property is outside the hotel but only a couple of minutes away to walk to.

Fantastic place

Pros: The apartment has everything needed, the kitchen is really well equipped and provides actually anything for a short stay. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The spa facilities are very close to the apartment and the area is really spacious. I’ve been to several places in Bansko and this is my favourite so far and I’d love to visit this place again.
