Pros: The host was very friendly and helpful, answered every question. The apartment is amazing. It is indeed very cozy, and it makes you feel like home. It is right next to the outer swimming pool and spa entrance, which was an excellent experience. In the spa center there are one outdoor and one indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Furthermore, there are three different saunas to choose, and two steam baths. I would definitely recommend the apartment. It is only 15 minutes walking distance from the center. The free parking is an extra positive.

Pros: The owner, Randy, was very helpful. Great communication before & during our stay. He was kind enough to meet us late at night, after we arrived later than expected. Also, kindly offered us a little longer on checkout. Location for us was OK, a little out of town but there is a free shuttle. We chose not to use as we enjoy the walk, renting our gear in town & leaving there every evening. We loved the spa facilities available at the hotel complex and was the highlight of our day after a day on the slopes. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Bankso.

Pros: Locatia foarte buna. Apartamentul bine dotat, cu mobiler de calitate si bine intretinut. Accesul este un plus, iar spa-ul in sine este foarte ok.
