Private 1bedroom apt in SPA Resort - SPA included

Pros: Comfortable and clean apartment, we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Cons: We had a misunderstanding about the parking. When we made the reservation, the extras included SPA access and parking, after which the owner informed us that parking was not included in the price, that it was a booking.com error. She told us that a daily ticket in the garage costs 15 euros, and parking on the street costs 1.5 euros. When we arrived there, the girl at the reception told us that parking in the garage costs 15 euros, and on the street costs 1.5 euros per hour or 10 euros per day. I decided to pay for parking in the garage, but she told me that she did not guarantee that I would find a place in the garage and that I might have to park outside on the street. I said okay, let's get settled first and then I'll think what to do with parking, after which the girl became rude and didn't want to give me the key from the apartment, she insisted I pay parking first and then give me the key. We have been in Rilski before, this is our 6 stay here, 3 times we have stayed in the hotel and 3 times in the apartments in this complex and always we had parking included in the garage. This was my first unpleasant and bad experience here.

Pros: Absolutely wonderful apartment with an amazing view and access to an incredible spa-center. The hosts are lovely and were always available for questions we had. 10/10 will definitely go back again!!

Pros: Very clean, comfortable and very well situated. It is easy to take the keys from the reception, perfect for families with children. The kitchen is very well furnished.

Cons: As the apartment is in the last building, there is no easy access for the car and you have to bring the luggage a little bit longer than expected.

Pros: Beautiful, warm apartment, feels like home! Spa area!

Pros: It was a very nice place to stay. Would come again .Would recommend 👌.

Cons: There are only a few things that we didn't have. Few things we were missing in the kitchen salad bowl and oven dish. Pillows were quite hard and big.

Cons: Когато пристигнахме и трябваше да вземем чипа от рецепция имаше несъответствие. Домакинът явно не беше уведомил за нашата резервация. Настъпи лек смут... Не е приятно да си платил и да се чувстваш като натрапник... Чипът за достъп до апартамента и всички останали входове беше само един и когато се ползва и за включване на електричеството, това е проблем при повече от един гост. Въпреки, че домакина не беше уведомил за пристигането ни, той не пропусна още вечерта да ни напомни, че трябва да освободим апартамента на време.

Pros: Sve je ispunilo ocekivanja. Sve pohvale, vraticu se opet ovde ponovo.

Pros: Удобно, чисто, приятно, уютно ! Апартамента е чудесен! Прекрасно за отдих и почивка! Отново ще го посетя🥰

Pros: Квартира большая, чистая, хорошо оборудована кухня. Место тихое, можно спать с открытыми окнами.

Cons: Комплекс несколько далеко от центра, надо ездить на машине. В СПА зоне очень много людей.

Pros: Много удобен апартамент, оборудван с всичко необходимо.Топъл и уютен. Връзката с хазяите беше много лесна, отговаряха веднага.
