Fabulous apartment! Great value and lovely staff

Pros: The bed was comfy, kitchen worked and all was clean. The cleaning staff were friendly and brought more toilet rolls each day and changed towels if needed. The balcony was lovely and the location was PERFECT! Could almost ski right off the slopes into the car park!!

Cons: Some neighbours were noisy! Not the accommodations fault! The curtains could have been thicker to keep light out more...although we all slept brilliantly so didn't actually affect us!

Pros: The location of Flora and the apartment buildings is superb for Borovets - it is 2 mins walk to 2 of the ski centres and at the same time super close to shops and restaurants. The facilities in the apartment are ideal for self catering, where you can cook your own breakfast and dinner. The apartments are big enough, with great natural light and are well furnished. If you are lucky enough you also get a free parking, yet it is indeed a matter of chance to find a spot. I was one of the lucky ones! Didn't use the SPA and can't comment on that.

Cons: The central heating of the building wasn't working and we had to use an AC unit. Although the apartment got warmed up - heating with AC is not ideal - it makes the air dry, it leaves the floors and overall surfaces cold. Overall the maintenance of the apartments could be a bit better as they do seem worn out. Cleanness could be improved.

Pros: Lovely view over the mountain, comfortable bed and nice surprise to us that we had cleaning service included!

Good would book again if key was different

Pros: Lovely, colours not my style but really clean and warm too. Would benefit from a key safe outside the door just like our other group had. We arrived late in the night and didn’t know where to go. No one to tell we just had to look. Not good!

Cons: Key facilities . Swimming pool too expensive and should be advertised on booking as extra. Gym not working either,

Pros: We stayed at hotel rila last year.These apartments are excellent big warm and everything you need.Very close to slopes 2 minutes across the road.Excellent value for money.Will definitely stay next year.Staff were amazing let us have a later checkout .Many thanks see you next year 👍

Cons: Nothing maybe some better pillows

Pros: Great location, large, very well equipped and clean. Got there very late because of flight issues key was left and had no issues. Would stay again.

Cons: The appartment complex had access to a pool and sauna area. We knew there was an extra charge however these fees were extreamly high $40 per person just to use the pool.

Pros: Very good location, nice big app with terrace, near gondola and other lifts, free secured parking, kitchen accessories.

Cons: Kitchen was not in app despite it was on picture, all other services are charged (pool, sauna), gym was not in function

Pros: We were in Borovets for the first time, staying in the TES Flora (Violet) apartment studio. We were greeted by the manager, Borislav, who recommended a ski rental, some interesting items, and restaurants, and also arranged a car for us to pick up at Sofia airport. He was always available when we needed help or advice. The apartment was very warm and had everything we needed - hot water, TV, internet, a kitchenette with a kettle, toaster, hob, coffee machine, microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus everything for breakfast, pasta, cooking, etc. The rail in the bathroom was always hot, allowing wet clothes to dry after skiing, and the room was cleaned regularly. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and will come back again. Highly recommend these apartments for a budget-friendly and comfortable stay.

Pros: Comfortable clean and cosy apartment. We appreciated coming in to a warm apartment with 2 bathrooms.

Cons: We loved everything.
